Thank you Nikita for sorting out an issue and getting my account sorted

Utter scum this company. Avoid at all costs. Inherrant liars, promise to do everything but do nothing. I have stupidly been with this shower for around 4 years now ( only got myself to blame ) but they blagg you making out how everything will be great and they will take care of everything, they do the polar opposite every time. Their lies got me a default on my credit file. Once they looked into it they admitted it was their fault but didn’t even apologise and did absolutely nothing to put it right. Now things are no different in fact worse now they’ve adapted the lets use call centres abroad policy. I strongly advise anyone considering a move to avoid these lying scumbags at all costs.

We have been using VOIP services from ICE Comms for quite a while now (1 year?) although at first there was a lot of pain switching from our previous provider, I have been impressed with the quality of service and support provided since. A special shoutout goes to James, who has been instrumental in setting up our auto responder and handling other fiddly administrative tasks. From the start, James has been incredibly attentive and professional. He took the time to understand our specific needs and ensured that our auto responder was set up exactly as we wanted. His commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thank you, James, for your outstanding service and dedication. You have certainly exceeded my expectations and made my experience with Gamma's horizon VOIP system an exceptional one. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with extra charges linked to our mobiles, David Smith was extremely helpful in all aspects, great customer service.

Just signed my contract with ICE. Kept me with EE which is great. I have 20 mobiles which comes in at quite a large bill as you can imagine, but ICE managed to keep me with the same provider with data roming too for a cheaper price!

Nikita was absolutely brilliant, with solving my two phone issues. Fast response with updates & solutions, on resolving the phone problems.

Emailed the support team (Nikita) with a problem on two of our phones and the issue was resolved immediately. Even checked the rest of the phones so that the issue didn't arise in the near future.

Good communication

Super quick delivery. Phone as described which isn’t perfect (a few scratches and poor battery health) but it was rated B condition. No box or plug or cables, just a used phone sent in bubble wrap, but they do mention this on the eBay page. Looking forward to my free mobile accessory pack after submitting this review.
