However on this occasion no such drama, from the initial call with to Naomi and Becca the phones and sims arrived as promised, the changeover from our previous network was seamless. great service and the savings are substantial against our previous bills.

This is my third review for ice comms now due to the lengthy battle my business have had to endure with this shambles of a company..... We're around 18 months into a ombudsman complzint over 25 obselete phone's and 3 which they have disconnected today. All of which ice comms slammed us into (o2's words) leaving us with contracts which will end up costing us in excess of £60,000.... Make sure you avoid. The 5 star reviews are being wrote by a company to make them look good. And before ice comms respond with (you ha ent paid your bills) no we haven't, because O2 advised us to make small payments which we have done, whilst the ombudsman deals with it
