United Kingdom | 10 January 2024Almost criminal. Avoid at all cost..Extremely unhelpful. Will not let you out of your contract. Will not give you your pac codes back. Will use any excuse to say that their price increases were in their contract regardless of any verbal agreement made at the time of sale. All record of which is conveniently unavailable because they don't have to hold recordings after 6 months. I can't give less than one star I would if I could. In my opinion their promises are bordering on fraud and criminal. Verbal agreements are not binding so in other words do not believe the sales person, they wont keep to thier word. When i finally got a return call from the complaints dept after many calls asking to escalate the complaint and my requests ignored. I was met with an awful attitude from the dept, a tough luck attitude. Basically they said No we wont give you your phone number codes to allow you to tranfer provider until you pay us.. .I then got an email trying to charge me near £4000 to leave early when the remaining contract only should come to around £800. Them stating they would claim back ALL discounts from the start of the contract 2 years ago and add Admin fees and other costs. Ludicrous !!! Ive already paid way over the original agreement.. all i wanted was out. Id even pay to the end of the contract and let you Keep the money you took from me . But No. you want to be unreasonable ! Take more money, make this a battle that wastes my days. Sick to death of companies like this.

Whilst I still haven't heard anything official I did start receiving nuisance phone calls after my second review on here: Unknown numbers calling up, waiting for me to say hello a few times and then either hanging up or grunting then putting the phone down. Exactly the sort of classy behaviour I'd expect from this company. It won't stop me writing about my experience so you'll have to come to my house next. It's so comforting to know you have the address. *** My payments have now doubled and become unaffordable as I told Ice Comms pre-Christmas they would. In their last reply on here they told me things would have been 'explained in the sales call'. This is not true. Would I honestly be onto my 3rd review of this company and risking their wrath by exposing their BS if I'd been told in the sales call the actual cost of the contract? I have asked Ice Comms for the initial call recording and it's mysteriously disappeared.
