United Kingdom | 12 January 2024I recently had an experience with Ice Comms that left me dissatisfied and compelled to share my concerns. My interaction primarily involved contractual and billing issues Oh and 5 month to send me my phones which they could not put on the Mass360 platform they sold me , which I believe could have been handled more efficiently and transparently by the company. Especially the sale team. Issue with Contractual Links and Information: Initially, there was confusion regarding the access to terms and conditions linked in the contract. A direct link was supposed to take me to the relevant page, but it was non-functional. This issue, although rectified later, could have been avoided with a more thorough check before sending out such critical documents the last link take you to there web page good luck fining the T&C’s Communication Gaps and Financial Implications: The more pressing issue was the lack of clarity regarding the invoicing process. There was no direction about whether the invoicing was to be done monthly or in full. They requested 18 months worth of invoicing in one invoice leaving me with the Vat liability as they will only pay me back the discount monthly I’ve now paid 4 month had no money back from Ice so out of pocket at to the tune of 000’s This has led to a significant financial discrepancy, amounting to a considerable out-of-pocket expense on my part. Furthermore, the terms regarding invoice payments, such as the 90-day payment period and the conditions for the agreed discount, were never communicated and the salesman see to have a fear of responding to email . This lack of clear communication has resulted in both financial loss and continued frustration. Don’t get me started on being forced to pay the mobile bills with out any back up Final Thoughts: While I recognize that every business can have operational oversights, the degree of miscommunication and the resulting financial impact in this case were significant. My experience with Ice Comms underscores the importance of clear, upfront communication, especially in matters involving contracts and financial transactions. I hope that Ice Comms takes this feedback constructively and implements measures to improve their communication and contractual clarity to prevent such issues for future clients and resolve my issues this year that would be nice.
