SUMMER Summer was able to resolve our issue and was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

Have been with Ice comms for just over 18 months, we were given quotes verbally and by email of a price for a 36 month contract with a 18 month review and option to upgrade. At no time during telephone conversations or by email were we told that if we did not upgrade on a new 3 year contract the price quoted would increase. When we complained we were simply told it was in the contract we signed. We will be complaining to the Ombudsman. Awful company avoid at all costs.

Support issues are always resolved promptly and professionally. Would recommend. Abbee resolved my query straight away.

Nikita assisted me today to try and fix a caller ID issue, though, we could not fix the issue with the network as it was a handset problem but Nikita was super helpful.

Follow up from my last ice comms review Titled if I could give no stars I would. Still no further forward and absolutely disgusted by the “customer service” provided by this absolute joke of a company, still having the same issues that we have had for the last 4 months. As a self employed person if your phone doesn’t ring because it says the number is not recognized it’s pretty crippling to your company gaining new business, we have been moved on to a new network which we didn’t go with in the first place because the signal is terrible around here with o2 which doesn’t really matter anyway because even when I have signal it is unavailable. BRAVO 👏 ICE communications. As stated previously avoid this company at all costs
