AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! SHOCKING SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. We have been with Ice comms for nearly 18 months and it was the WORST decision we ever made, mis-sold by 2 cowboy sales guys who promised the world and completely under delivered. To Add to that the service from this company has been nothing but short of shocking, every time we have needed help or information from them when something has gone wrong they have either completely ignored us or tried fobbing us off to someone else who doesn't know anything. If you are thinking of signing into a contract with this company.. DON'T.

We've finally escaped our business contract that was expensive and hit us hard with data roaming charges in Europe. ICE Comms have managed our move to a new supplier brilliantly and have communicated clearly and quickly throughout. We now have a much more cost effective contract without roaming charges and a lot more data. Shout out to Naomi and Sophie for all their help through this process.

Sold a contract with vodaphone we do not get a signal most time called ice but have been giver the run around since July terrible service from ice would not recommend them
