One star is over egging this company! This company is the worst comms company I’ve dealt with there method of operation is unscrupulous to say the least got totally ripped off stuck in a 3 year contract for 3 simm cards With no way of cancelling an extremely expensive contract.

Awful company. Phones have not worked for two weeks. I mentioned compensation or refund and they said we’ll look into it. No action from them since. Absolutely disgraceful company stay as far away from them as you can

Very unhappy, feel like i was miss sold 2 contracts 18 months ago i asked loads og question when they rang me to take out the contract, just had my review and as i didn't want extend my contract as i was paying o2 and then paying icecomms and then having money back each month apparently has now stopped dafter the first 18 months as the money back was a discount but only for the first 18 months. very upset about this as my bill has now doubled and have 18 months more and to cancel it will cost loads. i should have read into this company more before hand. when we first got the phones one of them the battery kept dyeing very quick and they said we had to sort it with apple ourselves its nothing to do with them even though they supplied the phone. very unhappy with this company will not be recommending them

ICE Comms are not to be trusted. They have failed to communicate with us for more that three months. They are unable to provide or produce details of the rebates we are due (we have calculated these to be more than £3,000 GBP). Their service is a disgrace in this day and age. Do not have them as your supplier

WARNING Do not sign up with ice-comms.co.uk !!! Believe me when I say you will massively regret joining this company. Do not be fooled at looking at other positive reviews as the customer service staff ask you for them for completing small simple tasks to make their overall rating look better. But this review area should be for the company as a whole and I have experience from start to finish with numerous, lies, cons, dishonesty, and corrupt policies. I wish I would have read the proper reviews beforehand. When my company signed up to Ice-comms, the salesperson did an exceptionally good job at offering the world and extra gifts to hook us in. Although the term offered for our 6 mobile phone contracts seemed long at 36 months, the salesperson mentioned that you get a review after 18 months where you can upgrade to new phones etc THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! The salesperson wanted to get the deal over the line urgently so asked me to sign the docu-sign documents that he sent to my mobile whilst we were talking. This was not ideal as it didn’t give me time to read over the document properly, but I also didn’t think a company would slip terms not discussed in at this stage. THIS IS THE MAIN CON!!! Although never discussed once, your bill arrives in two payments, one from ICE and the other from a finance company. The gifts promised did not arrive properly until months of back and forth and was a load of unnecessary stress. PROMISED GIFT LIES!!! The buyout cost that “wasn’t a problem” when the salesperson wanted a deal, did not get paid as promised until an earlier trust pilot review was agreed to be removed where this problem was open for people to view. BUY OUT COSTS LIES !!! But the main corrupt problem that we are now discovering is the 18 month review and bonuses lies, This was the quote that was emailed to us: - EE Quote Unlimited minutes, Unlimited texts, 4 x 12GB 5G Data, 2 x 6GB 5G Data Free voicemail, Free itemised and online billing, Inclusive EU Roaming Dedicated account manager, Keep Existing Numbers, 36-month contract 18-month upgrade and refresh option, Early upgrade covered There was no discussion or evidence of this on the above quote, but ICE call you after 18 months and inform you that the bonuses that are on the contract will be removed. UTTER LIES !!! Astounded by this news I explained that was never part of the original deal. The abrupt retentions team member cockily mentions it was on the documents you sign at the beginning (the ones the salesperson asks you to sign quickly on your mobile whilst on the phone to “get the deal over the line and phones ordered”) This dishonest misleading behaviour is disgusting and shows you what type of a company they are. They are now offering us a new deal to start another 36 month contract so you can never have a get out opportunity. This new deal is more money than we are paying now and isn’t even including any new phones etc. Please take some time to thoroughly research this company before you sign up. “Glassdoor” is a great site where numerous ex-employees discuss the whole CORRUPT BUSINESS MODEL of conning you to sign up and having you over after 18 months. All calls are recorded apparently but they won’t let you listen to any of the recordings that prove 18 month bonuses removal were never mentioned. Do not believe the following generic reply they add to any bad review where they say they try to get in touch and sort things out, ITS ALL LIES !!! I have written this review after weeks of phone calls and stress trying to sort this out but ICE have no interest in offering an reasonable proposal and are saying the only option is to pay £500 plus per month for another 36 months, for 6 sim only contracts that are £17 each per month with EE !!??! You will regret joining ICE-COMMS and all the stress it will bring! MORE LIES IN ICE COMMS REPLY AS PREDICTED.... I didnt declined your review, I explained it was ridiculous and was assured by my account manager Ryan that he would chat it all through with a director and get back to me. I'm still waiting for Ryans call. The free gifts werent sent out in days and were the wrong items. Your salesman pressured me to docu-sign a contract on my mobile whilst discussing the offer he had already emailed me, that is the truth. I have his quote on email and no mention of a 19 month bonus removal. You are a dishonest company and I'm not on my own thinking that. You wont even sign the reply with a name which is a massive give away.

What a waste of time your call centre is !!! Unhelpful staff that don’t understand English , they repeat the same thing over and over whilst not understanding the issues and problems they have caused , they cut our phone and internet off 3 days before fitting new line which is a joke when your running a business , would never recommend ice coms to anyone EVER . Disgusting service doesn’t come close to how bad they are , compensation of £180 comes no way close to the money we have lost due to there incompetence , they did supply a 4G router but we have no signal in our area !!

Despite telling their cold callers we are not interested, they still call repeatedly. We nearly signed with them a few years ago, luckily I spotted something hidden in the T&C's so we avoided like the plague.

Another sucker cought in their web. Business mobile phone contract. What can I say these people are totally devoid of ethics. Rushed through the offer and signing of the contract in the same phone call making sure I did not get a chance to read their T&C, they are well aware that anyone catching just a glimpse of those would never sign a contract with them. I then struggled to get the PAC codes from my current provider, eventually had an argument with Ice where the person from Ice said 3 times during the conversation that they would cancel the contract. I finally said yes please only to be presented with a huge bill and a claim that I cancelled the contract. I put in a complaint that they are supposed to respond to within two weeks but it looks like they are going to ignore that. I have not paid the bill and they are now taking me to court, I will fight this all the way. I would certainly rather pay the £8000.00 + they are trying to claim to a good solicitor then give Ice a single penny.
