I’ve been looking for a c63 for a while being my dream car. I reserved the car online and drove from Portsmouth hoping it was as described. I met Anthony who looked after me on arrival. Flawless experience, bought a Range Rover from James all done simply via emails and calls, the car was exactly what I expected when I got down to collect I was treated well and met by Adam who couldn’t be more helpful, no messing around in and out in under an hour, no hidden costs or trying to reduce my trade in price, no issues with the car had it for 3 weeks now and all communication with the company before sale and after have been spot on, no complaints from me will certainly buy from Auto100 again and would recommend to anyone. I recently drove from Wales ! to pick up my new Jaguar F-Type Roadster from Auto 100, which was described has stunning ! For once the word was appropriate. The car was beautifully presented, and I could not have been happier ( a credit to the staff who prepped it ) I was greeted by Simon, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. When driving home, there was a slight issue with the battery, one email to Simon, and the problem was sorted. Absolute Shambles Purchased my car via motorway a Porsche Macan 69 plate with 17k miles on. Took over a week to arrange collection then to what i can only describe as young lads turned up with no prior call so i had to rush back from work. The lads looked at the car said it was Mint then got on the phone and the pantomime began. Opening the oil cap saying it looked milky with another guy on the phone who was obviously looking at his book of reasons to try and get out of the sale. The car was serviced and oil changed 3 weeks ago. Milky oil is something you would hear on a 30 year old Escort as an excuse. Then that was it sorry he doesn't want to take it and drove off. I had settled finance spent time cleaning the car etc Absolutely disgusting more than obvious outbidding other dealers on cars then deciding over the week whether they want to go through with it or not and sending two non mechanics to collect with some lame excuse. So i am left 2 weeks on with out of pocket and having to look to re-sell Avoid these Con men messing with peoples lives and time for there own Greedy gain.

I spoke to Ryan about a beautiful Alfa I was interested in. After a long informative conversation I put a reserve on it. Unfortunately my husband did not see this beauty and I had to ring Ryan. He was so understanding and there was no quibble in returning my reserve. So professionally dealt with. I highly recommend them. It could have been so different with another company.
