So today was my first experience with Auto100. I travelled from Kent to their frankly impressive complex in Nottingham, to view and test drive an Audi RS5. As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel very welcome and given a cup of tea. I was taken to the car which was well presented and looked stunning. I always approach these things with an abundance of caution and can genuinely say that I was quickly reassured by Adam and Andy’s friendly manner. A completely positive experience which I would happily repeat again in the future. Thanks so much gents!

Travelled over 5 hours to collect my car to find upon arrival, the car was dirty inside with the remains of food left in between the seats. Dirt etc in the footwells. I paid for the car to be ceramic coated. This had clearly not been done. After discussion, the dealership reimbursed the money. The salesman fluttered in an out of the sale. So we ended up dealing with different individuals. Figures/amounts on the paperwork were wrong. The car was not in the condition as to how it was described over the phone. I tried to reach out to the salesman who originally started the process of sale and he is now ignoring me. I am currently chasing the retention deposit for the V5 document. The dealership have yet to reimburse this, having now received the new V5 in the post. I was left disappointed and disheartened by the experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car from them. The car has now spent 6 days with a specialist, having paint correction work and the correct ceramic coating applied. This wasn’t cheap!

traveled down to auto 100 from inverness by train to view bentley, there 1 hour early, no problem .vehicle was exactly as it said on the tin!!,test drive,done deal ,drove off 40 minutes later! thanks to anthony and mark. efficient, professional no nonsense guys at auto 100.

Do not recommend these people, unethical business practises trying to steal my deposit. Took them to small claims and won so they know they were in the wrong. Give a load of spiel about how they hand pick their cars and its a family business to try and sell it that they're trustworthy people. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! Edit after response: More baseless lies, the deposit was put down on the phone before seeing the vehicle not after "inspecting the vehicle" as these liars are claiming. They would have lost in court hence why they settled so again more lies. (I have all the documents to prove the opposite of all the below lies they are spouting). Maybe Tom needs to be informed of the full facts rather than trying to save face? They are a terrible company full of liars, steer clear of these people!!
