What an impressive site at auto100. We didn’t expect this to be such a prestigious dealership. This has to be one of the best independent dealers in the country with an impressive range of stock!

So, I listed my car for sale on Carwow, Auto100 won the auction with the highest bid at £79,444. When I listed the car, I listed as in Showroom condition with no issues, as this was the case to me. Anyway, on Monday morning 2 young lads arrive, they looked around the car and took pictures and then sent them to the office, they then explained that they had found 3 stone chips on the bonnet, and stone chips around the rear wheel arches, and a stone chip on the windscreen on the passenger side. I’ll be honest I hadn’t noticed these until pointed out to me, so they then explained that they may not take the vehicle due to the amount of damage and time and money it would take to fix. Anyway after around 15 minutes the lads came back and said due to the issues above Auto100 would only offer £74,000, at this stage I wasn’t sure what I was going to do as I was due to pickup my new car the next day, and needed the funds, anyway I went back and said due to the damage I would go £75,000, they came back and said, NO, £74,000 as they car isn’t show room condition, and that they would need to replace the windscreen, respray the bonnet and the wheel arches, and that would take around 2 weeks, they then said there is also a short MOT on the car, which wasn’t the case as the MOT doesn’t expire until October, I couldn’t get to speak with anyone, apart from the 2 young lads, I did try, and they wasn’t passing on my updates. Anyway I accepted the £74,000 due to my situation with picking up my new car, anyway on Friday I noticed that Auto100 have listed the car for sale for £86,980, So just a warning for others selling a car, make sure you check the car over, yes this was my fault, but I was in a position, just want others to be aware how Auto100 operate, and I should have read other reviews that other have left saying the same thing, and this is no reflection on CarWow only Auto100.

Very poor service with my partners car… The issues surfaced within a day of ownership and they weren’t the least bit interested… Tried to palm us off to the manufacture. They couldn’t have tried LESS hard to help.

Bought a Lotus Emira i4 from them recently. Had such a great experience start to finish everything was flawless. The car is used but ex Lotus Cars & pristine both inside & out & drives like an absolute dream its an amazing car which I already love very much! Everyone at Auto 100 was so friendly & helpful & welcoming would absolutely buy another expensive car from them when I have the funds without question!

My wife & I travelled up from the south coast on a Saturday to view and buy a BMW. We are far from being millionaires but were treated like it by Adam at their lovely dealership. We had arranged to buy the car initially through Chris Smith, the car was as described on their website and the paperwork was dealt with professionally and quickly by Adam. I was interested in the Panamera GTS, this would be my 4th Panamera which I believe is definately one of the best Grand Tourers ever built with amazing power and wonderful luggage space. Oliver did not need to 'sell' the car to me as I knew what it was like so did not any 'hard sell'. I saw the car advertised 3 days ago and picked up the car today (Wed 11th Dec). It was presented beautifully and the business end went very smoothly. I enjoyed my experience with the staff and the professional manner they carried out the sales procedure. I would definately look at your available vehicles in the future.

Highly recommend using Auto100 if you’re in the market for a mid to high end car. I recently purchased a Ford Mustang from them and the general experience was amazing. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgable on the car and cars in general, which made a real difference for me. You really get the feel that they have a passion for cars and really do put the customer first. Whole process was simple and the condition that they get the cars in for collection is immaculate, really can’t fault their process. I collected from Carl and the car was beautifully presented. I got the impression from Carl that he is a lover of cars as well and he made the collection experience feel special. If there comes a time that I trade my car in for something else, Auto100 will be the first place I look!

Auto 100 was spotted by me on Car Guru as supplying vehicles. They show exactly what is available with their photos and i liked the look of a Range Rover. So basically you can choose and buy online before you actually get to see the actual car. So risky then? Not at all, the service is impeccable , amazing and honest. Ryan Mosley and Terry are part of a well organised company that locates and prepares some of the best top end vehicles i have ever seen in one place!
