Good price, totally pain free and no tyre kicking on pick up. Be honest about condition etc and then you should be good. Even held price whilst waiting for new logbook to arrive. Monies paid within minutes and driver will not take car until you confirm you have payment. Will use again

Really easy and quick process of selling my car. They gave me a good price, it was hassle free and communication was great.

Having highlighted an issue with the paint on the roof by phone and provided photos and was assured it won't be a problem. But was told by Chris who inspected it that I was a problem and the office then offered 1k less than the promised price. Also sighting it needing 3 new tyres despite the tyres being within the legal limit and the documentation saying nothing about a minimum tread depth. Had I not already purchased a new car in its place would of turned it down and kept it to sell private. Price Guarantee is surcumvented using semantics of your description rather than actually looking at the pictures you send, you say blemish they say crack etc do not believe the over the phone valuation it's a slight step up from webuyanycar but only slight but lesson learned. Chris who collected the car was curtious enough but unless your car is mint expect the 'Guaranteed' price to be a work of fiction.
