This was my first time ordering from Kits. Somehow, I managed to add my frame twice to the order, which was caught by Kits Customer Service. They emailed, asking if that's what I had intended. Phew. I explained my error, following which Customer Service promptly amended the ordered and issued a refund for the second frame. I was greatly impressed by their willingness to reach out when they saw something unusual in an order, and further impressed by their quick response in correcting the order and issuing the refund. My glasses arrived this evening, two days after placing the (incorrect) order. They are amazing. The quality feels remarkably good; certainly as good or better than glasses I have paid literally 10X as much for. I can't believe how perfect the the prescription is and how well the glasses fit given how inexpensive they were! Well done Kits.

KITS is awesome! They have great customer experience, and Amanda was able to assist on a replacement for a 30-day guarantee for an order I had originally placed. She provided excellent service and was super helpful on going through the process on getting me new glasses. I had my new pair delivered to me in less than a week!

I must write this review with my new glasses, which are beautiful and very high quality, not to mention the wonderful price and the detail of how they package this product, but the most important thing for me was the incredible customer service which I rate as the best. I bought two pairs of glasses and chose one clear and another pink frame, but I received a different color of one of my choice, so I submitted my feedback as requested and two days later I received a phone call and an email asking for more details but also offering me a way to help solve what happened. This company is incredible, not only did they solve the problem, the telephone customer service was friendly and professional, but they showed me that there are still companies that know how to treat customers, and are also responsible, fast and courteous. Thank you!!! I recommend it 1000%

I am very impressed by Kits customer service team. When I called to help what to do with my glasses with broken leg, Amanda quickly found my glasses by reference number and solved problem right away. Surprise! It was same new glasses for free. It was great experience, beyond my expectation. I appreciate Kits customer service, quick response, professional manner, understanding and consideration. The CS rep, Chris, was outstanding during my call to KITS for assistance on an error. This was my first time reaching out to their CS team, and I couldn't of expected anything more from the staff member. Things got resolved quickly, Chris was very professional and understanding. It made my purchase from them be an even better experience, and their product quality is superb, so it looks like I have a new favorite company for all eye wear.
