Frame does not fit. Does not sit on the nose, frame resting on cheeks.

I found KITS online while searching to see what other companies were out there to order prescription glasses online. I immediately knew I wanted to try glasses from here when I realized it was a Canadian company. My first pair of glasses were easy to order and I was emailed status updates regularly. After receiving and trying on my new glasses a few times I realized they just weren't my style (I normally wear plastic frames but decided to try metal). I called KITS and spoke to Diane who was very kind and without hesitation offered to order another pair in the style I preferred. I typically order from another online glasses vendor, but decided to give Kits.ca a try. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, including 1 polarized lens pair. I'm amazed at how quickly they arrived! One pair did arrive with the frame slightly twisted/bent. I reached out to customer service asking what I should do. They immediately offered to send out a replacement pair. As for the glasses in general, they are so light, and they fit my face perfect.
