I had an issue with my order and Kits went as far to contact me by phone call. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. To make up for the issue (it was with a coupon code) they gave me another and then sent me a new invoice! This was all less than 24 hours after I placed the order. I recently contacted Kits about repairing my glasses that had a bent frame. I was expecting to need to ship them and pay a small fee for repairs but the agent Tony told me they would be replacing my pair of glasses for entirely free! I thought I would be paying for repairs or even worse buying a new pair of glasses unexpectedly, but I feel like Kits went above and beyond to give me a full replacement at zero charge.

I received my Kits prescription sunglasses today and could not be any happier. Sunglasses are a real treat for me but the low cost allowed me to try them. I am thrilled with the quality, the look and the cost! I couldn't get home fast enough to order my next pair. Thank you KIts!
