Best customer service ever!!!!! Kids went above and beyond somehow fix the problem via email with under 24 hours. Not to mention this problem, I had was not there as it was Canada Post shipping. But they emailed me redid my order and sent it to me and now I’m currently waiting for it and I cannot wait! I’ve been looking at their social media for weeks and I am obsessed with the quality and fun glasses for every personality. Yes, your girl got six pairs of glasses🫶🏻 Because they are so affordable, I I had spent over $900 on one pair for my first pair of glasses when I was 18 I thought this was normal. It’s not. Have ordered from Kits for a few years now. Only had one issue out of the many I’ve ordered, with a pair of metal frames where the screw threading was stripped, and I reached out. They very promptly responded and offered to send a new pair for free to replace them. Excellent customer service, and good quality. Thank you!

Best experience and i have to say the first time ordering prescription glasses online. They nailed it i did not need to tweak the strength and it came very quickly i also chose the frame without any sales gimmicks or pressure and although I made a not so great choice I am able to fix it at no cost which alone is worth it's weight in gold. Love a company. Very helpful and understanding. There was a sightly error in my prescription that I unfortunately didn’t catch til it arrived. I received assistance very quickly and they were able to solve my issue. I am so delighted since it was my favorite frame the balsamic oversized. KITS is, in my opinion, the eyeglass company of the people. With so many styles, there is a frame for everyone's taste. Unlike the so-called name brands, KITS doesn't charge outrageously inflated prices they charge outrageously low prices. Most importantly KITS doesn't compromise on quality. In addition, Customer Service is second to none(Thanks George). Why everyone doesn't shop here is beyond me.

I received a call from customer service and talked to George. He was very patient and wanted to ensure my replacement glasses were what I needed. I had ordered a pair but it had the nose pads which were giving me red marks and not very comfortable to wear. He ordered me a new pair and advised me I can donate the pair I received. Which every person should do when you replace your glasses as there are so many people who cannot afford a new pair. I love the fact that Kits let me pay it forward. Thanks to the whole team. Had a nice experience talking with Nick today. My glasses were delivered on time but I need it to replace with prescription readers. Nick made sure he had all the information needed. A replacement is on its way and at no cost. Exceptional service. Definitely will order new pairs next year.

Less than 2 years in and my glasses are shit. Lens are Less than 2 years after purchasing my glasses, the frame is peeling and breaking into several pieces. The lenses are also peeling, as if a film attached to the lens is falling apart, making it impossible to continue using them. The glasses have always been washed with mild/neutral soap, avoiding any impacts or objects that could scratch the lenses. They were always cleaned with microfiber cloths and water only. No product, not even the anti-fog provided by the store, was used on the lenses.
