Horrible experience with Ritani. My boyfriend got me diamond hoop earrings for Christmas. On the first night wearing them, one of the earrings fell out of my ear and was lost. We paid for a replacement earring to be sent. When it arrived, I noticed how much weaker the original earring closure was compared to the replacement. Unfortunately the stones in the earrings didn’t match, so I needed to return them in order to get them to match. When I called customer service I also told them about the weakened closure and that I thought this lead to losing the initial earring. I asked for them to please assess the old earring and strengthen the closure. Just received the earrings yesterday, and although the stones now match, they did absolutely nothing to fix the closure on the original earring.

Ritani was recommended to me so I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews! My experience was awesome. I ordered a wedding band that was delivered within a week and it is STUNNING. The customer service team was quick, thorough, and pleasant. I would definitely buy from this brand again.

Unfortunately my experience with Ritani is the worst i could possibly have… Even though a girl working there sounded very sweet and eager to help on the first phone call, it was pretty obvious afterwards that she didn’t follow through on anything! Imagine they treated me that way and i was a customer who place back to back 3 orders, giving them more that $20k in a week!!! I have asked them to send me a cost estimate that took them almost a month and a half to prepare. They never replied to the emails i sent them and their unprofessionalism is on another level. I wouldn’t recommend Ritani to anyone put there. Go spend your money on a company that would respect you as a customer.

I had never ordered from Ritani before and after doing a lot of research, decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did. I ordered two different lab diamond rings so I could make a decision between the two of them. Both rings were beautiful. I wish I could have kept them both. I had to return my engagement ring to Ritani since it was a huge disappointment. The ring setting looked crooked and poorly made. I also came to find out later that I was over-charged for the diamond! I know this because the engagement ring that my fiance and I subsequently bought from Blue Nile has a diamond of the same carat size and quality (slightly better, actually) and was less expensive! My advice? Avoid Ritani; their quality assurance stinks, and they will rip you off.

All I can say is my personal experience was amazing! Juliet, personally saved my Christmas. I purchased a pair of loose diamonds to have set into earrings. The Thursday before Christmas I found out one of the diamonds was unavailable. Juliet, was able to find me a matching pair of loose diamonds, never even better than the ones I had picked out, had to mounted and on my doorstep the following day. The customer service was unbelievable. I will forever be grateful for Juliet in all her hard work she put in to help me give my girlfriend an amazing Christmas gift.

My original order came a week late, customer service never gave me a proper timeline every time I reached out (about 6 times). Finally, when it came I was disappointed in the custom setting so opted to have it reset with a regular setting from their inventory. After I sent it back and paid the additional money for the new setting, 3 weeks went by and no update. It's now been 5 weeks and the last email I received from customer service was that it should be here yesterday, which did not happen. I cant tell you how their product is yet but I can tell you that they cannot manage customers expectations properly so if you are trying to make plans around a big engagement, I wouldn't go with this brand as it is inconsistent and never on time.

I did a lot of hunting for a larger stone engagement ring, and came across Ritani! I am beyond thrilled!!! From start of process to completion, I could not be more pleased. My ring was prepared very promptly, and I was kept in the loop the whole time! I have purchased so many pieces from other sites, but I will definitely buy again from Ritani and I highly recommend it to anyone searching for beautiful, quality jewellery!

Had a great experience buying a pair of earrings & an engagement ring under 2 separate transactions. For both I need to made changes. In one case, I found a better priced diamonds for the earrings. In another case, the diamond I order was not available. For both cases, Ritani’s customer service were EXCELLENT & very accommodating. Specifically, I’d also like to call out Juliet Gomes (Director of Customer Experience) who gave me a generous price match for a replacement diamond since the one I originally ordered was not available. I’d HIGHLY recommend Ritani not only for its very competitive pricing but also for their excellent customer service. If I need any diamond jewelry again, I will definitely use Ritani.

The day after our 17th wedding anniversary, the natural diamond in my wife's engagement ring was lost when a prong broke in the setting. After many tears and hours of searching, we gave up and I began researching replacement options. WOW! I was blown away by the lab-grown diamonds. I chose a 1.27ct diamond that was E, VS1, & ideal cut for 96% less than the cost of natural! I searched for this diamond on other sites (using the IGI diamond number) and some charged as high as 3X the price Ritani did. The ring arrived within two weeks (much of the wait is acquiring the diamond from overseas), which was a little outside the estimated shipping window, BUT not by much. We chose the classic 6-prong solitaire setting and the ring is STUNNING. Customer service was very helpful via chat when I contacted them to change the ring size on the order and inquire as to the fulfillment timeline. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Ritani as we had a great experience.

I love my diamond stud earrings! The user interface was easy to use and very detailed. The product took a bit longer to arrive than originally promised, but customer service was very cooperative and informative, and helped get me the earrings as soon as possible.

I would like to speak about their “buy back program”. Let me tell you, they themselves don’t even offer one-third the price of the diamond we bought from them. I bought a diamond ring of 1ct from them which costed me around $2300 ($1600 was the price of the diamond itself), I also have the appraisal papers for the diamond which says its valued at $2300(the diamond only). When I decided to sell back their diamond to them through “buy back program” , they offered me $507 for 1ct diamond(they emailed me the offer) I would like to share what I replied to them through email. Following was my reply to them:- Hello, After receiving your offer, my heart was filled with joy. I was elated receiving such a generous offer of $507 for a diamond ring which costed me near about $2300 (from Ritani itself) and the appraisal value of the the diamond being $2300 and the appraisal value of $18k gold setting being $900. I was nothing less than shocked to hear back such a wonderful offer from your company. After such a great experience I have decided never to buy diamonds again from your company considering that the diamond value becomes literally price-less. Thank you so much for such a eye opening experience. I really feel like a valued customer. Please convey my best regards to your upper management team who has come up with such a creative and innovative explanation for the offer that they have given me. The customers of Ritani are never duped. Because the word “dupe” is a clear understatement for all the service and diamond it provides. I had a really great experience with Ritani. Their website has all the information one could want and the most competitive prices I could find anywhere. I was able to talk to a representative on the phone for a quick question soon after my order and I received my ring less than a week after I ordered it. I had to resize the ring, they sent a 2day shipping label, fixed it, and mailed it back express all for free. This is the only site I've recommended after my experience.

I have purchased a pair of diamond earrings and a solitaire pendant from Ritani. I changed my mind on the metal color for the pendant after ordering and it was no problem emailing to get that changed. I checked out the loose stone first before sending it back to be set into the pendant. People compliment my earrings all the time (since I wear them every day)! my husband is also not a jewelry guy and he thought both pieces were stunning. I’m now headed back to buy a wedding ring after losing mine on vacation.
