I was shopping for an engagement ring and Ritani truly exceeded my expectations! While I did a lot of shopping around both online and in stores, they have an extensive selection of rings and diamonds at very fair prices. But the deciding factor was really their partnership with storefronts and free in-store preview. I found it incredibly valuable to see much of their online selection in the stores before ordering. Then to physically see and hold the particular ring and diamond I selected before fully committing to the purchase, really made the difference in knowing I made the right choice. Throughout the process, customer service was excellent, promptly shipping my order to the store and sending helpful notifications. And after my purchase, one free resizing (after popping the question) was obviously hugely appreciated - and they completed the fix and got it back to us within a week! In every step of the process, Ritani was excellent. I could not have asked for a better ring shopping experience, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Ritani! Thank you!

Great products and customer service! Very smooth and no issues

The ring was exactly what my Fiancée and me were expecting (she picked it), the diamond came with it's GIA certificate, an expert valuation and very professionally packed, right on time and with plenty of notice from Fedex so I could be at home waiting for it. Would recommend to anyone, no more trips to local stores feeling rushed to buy or awkward when something is too expensive or not what we want... BTW: Contacted sales and customer service a couple times with a few questions and they were very friendly and down to the point people, the best kind :)

Jess was THE BEST. This whole experience really, was great! Poor gal had to spend almost 5 months with me emailing her every now and then with different ideas and somehow her patience never wore out. Not only was the customer service top notch, not just with her but surprisingly excellent when I called in too, but I really felt heard and that the advice I was being given was not geared toward the highest ticket price (it’s so transparent when sales people do that). First i bought a bridal set from ritani and they did not ship the set but only shipped the main ring. After calling them and working with someone there they were able to verify that they never sent out the other ring (which i knew because i never got it) so they said they would send it out shortly. After waiting i finally received the whole set, and proceeded to propose to my girlfriend, who sadly didn't accept the proposal and we are now separated. Upon calling ritani about a return they said they were sorry but it was 32 days since i ordered and there return policy is only 30 days and i would have to look elsewhere to find a buyer. So still stuck with an expensive ring thats never seen an owner. I should have asked if it was 30 days after i finally RECIEVED my whole set but i didn't. I ate the loss.
