La sim ha funzionato bene praticamente in tutto il Vietnam senza problemi. L’attivazione è stata rapida, ma l’’hotspot non ha funzionato subito, forse per un mio sbaglio nel settaggio. Le istruzioni potrebbero essere più esaustive. Comunque buon prodotto!

Worked as described. Setup at home and did the final connection when I landed. Was up and running before Leaving the aircraft. Good signal wherever I go

While I found the setting up a little complex, the support person gave great help and made it easy

The 4G service was alright. I cannot give 5 stars because the set up step was not clear and I had to email the team for support.

It was so easy to download and install the eSIM onto my iPhone 11, here in Vietnam. It made a massive difference to my travels, being able to be online all the time do I could use the Grab app and get around safely. Highly recommended.

This is a tourist trap! The eSIM didn't work in China. So totally waste of money. Fortunately bought just a small data bundle to try. I recommend to buy a normal Chinese SIM-card (Unicom) at the airport of arrival. Works perfect! And you will also get a Chinese phone number then, which is very convenient to use apps like Weixin/Wechat, Alipay and to buy i.e. traintickets.

Amazing experience with the 30-day unlimited plan, great connection, even on the water with the ferry’s and in the jungle. I used the hotspot for watching videos on my IPad wich worked perfectly too. Highly recommend.

Easy to connect and useful help out trips

These guys were excellent. Their tech support solved my activation issue really quickly and efficiently. 5 stars for sure.

Grace gave me and my daughter outstanding support to solve our connection problem - she was endlessly patient in checking our mobile settings via exchange of screenshots. Problem eventually solved (I switched off my VPN to connect and a couple of other settings) ! Also, just to say, my other family member followed the instructions more carefully with another eSIM on the same order and that worked first time :))

Excellent service, appreciated the prompt replies both by email and whatsapp when I had a connecting issue.

Had some issue with setting up (more my lack of understanding) help desk was patient and helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Other than than no issues with the service as travelled from Hanoi, through Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh city and the Mekong delta.
