eSIM received a few minutes after the purchase for our Vietnam trip. In most of the places internet signal was good

I have tried other ESims, but have found the GIGAGO the easiest and user friendly to use. No hassles, great coverage and highly recommended!

We purchased 2 travel eSIMs that we used extensively during a holiday. The site was easy to use and the included data allowance was great value. When it came to activating the eSIMs it was not as smooth as other providers and apps we have used. Make sure to take screen shots of all the instructions as you cannot activate the eSIM until you are in the country. You have to SMS a number to activate, which worked immediately. But it does not automatically configure your phone settings with additional details. Further instructions were needed to retrieve the phone number associated with each eSIM as well as the network settings to enable hotspot use. Overall very happy with the service and value. The activation process could be improved.

Instructions were clear and eSIM worked perfectly the entire time - definitely would use again. Did the 10 GB for 16 days on my Google pixel 8 and everything worked. My friends who used their US carrier struggled so I'm glad I went with this. No coverage issues in South and Central Vietnam.

Purchased for my wife visiting me in China. Worked great in China after re starting iPhone 2x. Unfortunately almost (90% of time) no 5G. My phone China mobile has 5G continuously.

Excellent ESim provider for Vietnam. Purchased a day before I left Australia. Set it up as soon as I went thru customs. Easy process. Worked straight away. Will use again when I come back.

Avoid this company I purchased my eSIM and after multiple attempts of installing it on my iPhone 15 I contacted the customer service which responded me after 6 days. Meantime I choose another provider eSIM which works right away so I requested a refund from Gigago but the are acting like a AI providing me some instructions for eSIM activation instead filing for refund It’s been few days and I’m still struggling with them Edit 31 May: Gigago saw this review on trustpilot and they are harassing me to remove it otherwise they won’t give me refund. I other hand they are making idiot of me saying that I’m not smart enough to install eSIM on my phone

We used the eSim on a trip to Vietnam and the experience was fantastic. No problems were encountered during the trip. Internet coverage was very good. The price is good for the service.

Relatively easy set up with pretty clear instructions on how to get the eSIM going. Once I was in Vietnam, I had full coverage the whole time, including when I went out to Cat Ba island! Often it was better than some of the wifi connections I had too.

I bought eSIMs for both Thailand and Vietnam and they both worked well once installed. The kicker with my Thailand eSIM is that it had to be installed within a certain timeframe which I did not, so lost out and had to buy another one!!! So buyer beware.
