Excellent showroom and range of furniture. Retail park is easy to access and has plenty of parking space. Customer service from Ryan was friendly and very professional. Subsequent communication by email with details of the transaction was also excellent. So far my experience is of a well managed business.

The product was fine. However, not happy about paying for delivery when we could have picked it up ourselves for nothing. Also delivery men left my gate wide open. It was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it when they left.

Sales person at the store was amazing and very knowledgeable. They delivered on time, unfortunatly, they marked the front door and slightly damaged the wooden frame to the lounge. Although ordered in January 2025 they still are waiting for the Care kit that was supposed to be supplied. and we are beingtold to keep going into the store to see if they have any in.

Bought a dining and chairs in 0% finance in Farnbrough store. One of the store staff who had served us was very helpful and friendly. Our order was delivered in time and we are very pleased with the delivery team. We definitely recommend Oak Furniture Land.

Good furniture but the price reflects the quality I suppose, however even though you pay for delivery it’s only delivered to your door and you then have to to pay another £60 or so if you want them to take it upstairs, this used to be included and considering I spent £1600 on just 3 pieces of furniture is really disappointing.

The product was delivered in good condition and excellent service from the sales and delivery team . I will highly suggest that we buy furniture in future from them.

We really appreciated being left to wander, take measurements and consider an appropriate suite. When we needed help or advice, Karen was there to give advice and support, but gave us no pressure to buy. After about 3 visits, we decided on our ideal 3 piece, so Karen's kindness and patience paid off and we made a good decision that we were completely happy with.
