Today we bought a new sofa from the Chester store. On entering, we were acknowledged immediately. The store looked really clean and inviting. Liam introduced himself, there was no hard sell, but he was very knowledgeable. I know I was parting with my hard earned money, but felt I'd got a really good deal. Hopefully the delivery will be just as good. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chester store and Liam especially.

From start to finish, delivery guys Antony and Billy were amazing, from the phone call letting us know when they would arrive to the minute they left. They were very polite and helpful. They assembled our suite and placed it where we wanted. They showed us how to use each part. They respected us and our property. Both guys are a definite asset to the company. Unloading, unpacking, and reassembling a suite was a lot of work for two people; they never complained once, even though it was 7:30 in the morning. If we need more furniture delivered in the future, we will request Antony and Billy, from Coatbridge if possible. Five stars is not enough for these hard working guys.

the entire purchase went well, me and my wife been to Oak furniture twice to test sitting on the relining sofa which has stock and we finally decided to take it. The sale representative was very helpful and arranged the delivery very fast and everything works smoothly! the sofa arrived as plan and delivery guys were nice and efficient to assemble it. We are sitting on a very comfortable recliner now.

Sofas did not arrive on the day I was told, after I had already disposed of my old sofas so had to wait till after the weekend to talk to someone about not having anything to sit on. All sorted out now with customer relations at oak furniture very happy

Went into Tamworth store for a look at a round dining table. Only went for a look, Stephen the salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. Showed us what was available in round. We talked about it also told us the chair offer that was on. We came out after purchasing Table & Chairs.Stephen made it a very relaxing purchase. Even though we only went to look.
