Very professional was a difficult size to find the new sofa but thay was with us all the way and the delivery was outstanding

We ordered a new coffee table from Oak Furnitureland this is our first purchase from this company, it will not be our last. Obviously you never know when ordering online whether your item is going to be of good quality, we were not disappointed we were very pleased with the quality and how well it was packaged for delivery. We will definitely purchase from this company again.

Polite and helpful delivery men They work quickly and cleanly whilst assembling my delivery. Explained how to dissemble and extend the furniture if required.

Made us feel comfortable, not pressured to buy anything explained pros & cons for all the 3 piece suits until we found exactly what we wanted, in the right colour and material. Then explained payment options & told us that if this furniture was reduced in price prior to receipt then our price would also be reduced if requested. Two weeks later we received their sales advert, it was reduced so we called in at the shop and they were extremely helpful & immediately reduced our price that we were paying . Excellent service

We have ordered furniture on 3 separate occasions and have received excellent personal service from a member of the customer service team. The product are of an excellent quality at a competitive pricing. Purchasing product in excess of a minimum price the company offers a three year interest free loan per product purchased to settle one's account.

I’ve placed an order with Oak Furniture Land for an item I’d seen in store with a purchase price that couldn’t be achieved because of a mandated £10 delivery charge (the store do not hold stock - so the actual purchase price will always be higher because of the delivery charge - misrepresentation in my book). The item is on it’s way, due for delivery next week yet I’ve been asked to rate the whole experience. Hoping the product is delivered as per the stated lead-time, is undamaged and of good quality. Can’t comment on any of this until I receive the item.

Just spoken to oak furniture land once again to be told my order from January paid in full is delayed again and wont be delivered till may this is the second time its been delayed . amazes me how oak furniture land take thousands of pounds of customers knowing the product isn't in this country then use an excuse that its delayed from overseas whilst pocketing our cash making thousands of pounds of interest on our money absolutely scandalous . Will never buy anything from them again and I tell people this as its extortion keeping peoples money for over 6 months and no delivery blaming suppliers.

We needed to add some furniture to our order and phoned to see if that was possible. Unfortunately it would have meant delaying the order so we chose to make a second order. Brandon explained everything clearly and made the process very easy.

A lovely lady called Pauline helped me when I visited the Colchester store. Answering any questions and generally very helpful. Looked forward to my items being delivered.

All staff, from the showroom to the delivery staff, were very friendly and helpful. Quality of furniture is very good. Only drawback was having to wait 16 weeks for a small kitchen sideboard.

Mark and Ryan arrived with our new bed and early and were very apologetic if it was inconvenient. All was fine and they made short work of assembling said bed. Well worth paying for assembly as furniture is very heavy being solid wood.They made sure it was positioned correctly and put beside tables in place. Took all packaging away leaving everything neat and tidy. Job well done by 2 professional, courteous but friendly gentlemen.

After a lot of looking at the amazing range of furniture on the website and then on show in the Stevenage store, we - with the brilliant help of Liam in the Stevenage store - finally decided on five items from the Romsey range. The whole experience from deciding on what to have, ordering and delivery was all first class. Not only was Liam brilliant in store but the two guys that delivered it all were so good too. Arrived bang on when they said they would, were really polite, helpful and super mindful of our furniture, carpets, etc, placing the new items exactly where we wanted them and taking all the packaging away. This was a paid for service but, in our opinion, well worth the cost. This was our first purchase from Oak Furnitureland but, based on this experience, it won’t be our last. Our only disappointment was that when I popped into the store this morning to thank the team in person, I saw the Romsey range was in the sale 😫 The team there explained that normally they price match but, unfortunately, as we’d already taken delivery of the furniture 10 days ago, there’s nothing they could do. Shame
