The table we ordered was damaged and the quality was horrendous. The staff both in store and at customer service were delightful. Shame your furniture is not of the same quality as your staff!

At last our four seater sofa has arrived, having had to wait since the 16th November! After numerous frustrating phone calls my sofa magically appears and gets delivered after having telephoned the Preston branch to be told one was in stock , yet I had been given the 28th May as my third time expected delivery date. Surprisingly having telephoned again to bring this to their attention, with ten days our sofa has been delivered. The experience will not be forgotten when it comes to buying any more furniture. Such a shame as a good product but the poor customer service just completely spoilt the whole experience. If you’re waiting for your delivery then don’t give up…….it should come along with some stress, anxiety and grey hairs. I just hope the quality and durability will live up to expectations, we shall see!

The furniture is well constructed and nicely finished. Seems reasonable value for money, especially if you buy during one of their frequent promotions

Anthony and Billy arrived with our new couch. Extremely pleasant, polite and very professional. Had the couch in and set up in no time. 5 stars plus for these 2 boys. Very happy 😁

They were respectful of my property, placing furniture exactly where I needed them to be and removing all the rubbish swiftly leaving all rooms very tidy . Thank you guys.

I ordered my sofa in August 2024 with a lead time of 3 months so hoping to get it for Christmas. In November you called me to say there had been an error and I would have to wait another 3 months. My sofa has finally arrived but poor service indeed!

Delivery was on time, and the delivery guys brought the products (oak filing cabinets) into the hallway. The products were good value except for a slightly damaged back panel where the tongue and groove cladding had split. I was able to repair the back panel - and this is not seen when the cabinet is in place. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase...
