Great product and equally great service form initial sale right through to delivery on the agreed date. Absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot see us buying furniture anywhere other than oak furnitureland in the future.

Brilliant service for delivery.

From the moment we walked in the store we felt comfortable and relaxed. We were approached by a member of staff who gave us a quick introduction. It probably helped that we knew roughly which ranges we wanted to look at. All the staff then took a step back and left us too it but we’re around in case we had any questions. We ended up buying on the day but the whole experience was nearly enjoyable, as shopping goes!

The sale lady was pleasant and polite but not very helpful when we came in at the beginning of April you had signs saying month long sale the bed side cabinets that we wanted were £189 each so on our return to purchase them we were somewhat disappointed to see that your month long sale was rubbish as they had gone up to £229. And still the sign saying month long sale sat on the furniture in front of us just like most other companies you are greedy and don’t give a monkeys for the customers as long as you get an order and you should display the fact that it will take up to 9 weeks to get what you have paid for in advance we won’t be coming back

I spent some time viewing furniture options on the website. There are loads of options with 3D views and an augmented reality tool to see the items in my home. I then went into the Swansea store, and Rachel was very friendly and helpful. The store has most (if not all) of the ranges available and Rachel took the time to understand what I was looking for, made recommendations of what would go well together, and helpfully explained delivery options. The furniture quality was great in the store and I look forward to my items being delivered soon.
