We purchased a recliner sofa and chair 18 months ago Originally was happy then started to notice one particular arm not comfortable the bar is felt when your arm is on it. We took out insurance when purchased and the guy just came and said it’s wear and tear. Insurance is waste of money for this. The cushioning on the sofa is wearing out I asked how long a sofa lasts for these days. It’s not the structure it’s the lack of padding worn out. We purchased Dylan sofa DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS IT HAS AMAZING REVIEWS! The reviews are from people who purchased recently …ask after a year then you’ll know what you’re buying. A cheaply made sofa. But if you notice they are regulated as you can’t actually review the sofa on the website.

Service in store was very good and helpful. I changed the delivery date for my sofa online and that worked well. The delivery team were on time and efficient. The sofa is good looking and comfortable, though I'm not sure that the fabric will be very long lasting

Over a few years I have ordered items from Oak Furnitureland. I always find them very helpful, and the prices are good, especially during the sales. !! I’m looking forward to receiving my new coffee table (with drawers)and blanket chest!!!!

The staff were helpful but not pushy. Simon in the Worcester branch was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Pulling out different pieces of furniture for me to compare side by side. Talked me through everything. I love the fact as customers we can change our mind, if it doesn’t fit we can get full refund. I was unsure the bedroom furniture would all fit, but when Simon said “ look, if it doesn’t fit when it gets there, send it back”. So I purchased it all.

Ben , the assistant in the store was very helpful and informative, without being “pushy”. I have walked out of many a store when faced with pushy assistants.

We were made fully aware of a long lead time when we ordered, it arrived on date. The delivery and assembly was prompt and professional and the team did contact us on the day of delivery to confirm time etc. Your part - Ensure your phone is on!! My fault!!
