Ordered on 1st January was ment to be delivered on 28th April only for it to be delayed so not 16th May it's ment to be delivered said that's not 100 percent and possibly could be delayed again! Over 2 grand for a sofa to take 5 months to be delivered is a joke if I get another take will be cancelled and money spent else where

When I purchased on the day, it was agreed that the order is subject to final approval from my husband. However, when I rang to change the order, the manager told me I couldn’t do so and I tried to speak to the sales person for my purchase, I rang three times but he hasn’t returned the call. I feel like helpless.

We ordered our sofas in January, and were given the date of 17th April. Although this was a long time to wait, the sofas were indeed delivered on the 17th April. The sofas were quickly erected and we are very pleased with them.

In the Eastbourne Branch the two salesmen I have dealt with namely,Ryan and Mas, have been Extremely friendly, kind and helpful re: my choices, also the deliveries were done with friendlines, efficiency and on the day that was allocated.....could not have asked for better! We have been to this Branch three times in recent months to set ourselves up in our new home.

Helpful sales lady and questions answered as desired. Easy to book delivery at a reasonable time even though 22-14 weeks in advance.

We were the last customers on Bank Holiday and the friendly service ended well. Our salesman Wayne was patient and put us under no pressure to buy. We enjoyed the relevant tour and ended up buying an extra piece of furniture which will brighten up a dull corner.

We just received our delivery of two recliner sofas from Showroom at White City retail. Nemo was very helpful and made sure we had the best possible care. Many thanks to him and everyone including the delivery team for a great service. Definitely worthwhile.
