Had my pc for 6 month all i had is problems with it keep getting blue screen every time i turn it on and keep freezing I check pc in side to see everything was in right I noticed where the cpu is holding the bolts in the pc case it all bent looks like some use something to bend hell out off it I do not recommend this company they never answer the call or reply back to my emails it’s disgusting scamming ppl will be taking this to the The oBudmens!!!!!!!!

It is a scam!! So i was playing on it and not even 3 weeks in and the sound starts to break and it only has 100gb??? I cant even download fortnite on this piece of crap we call a gaming pc.

New pc works so much quicker than my old pc and less power and less noisy fans its a win-win for me.

Scam company!!! Please do not buy from this company. I bought a pc for my daughter's Christmas present. It seemed ok just a bit slow then completely stopped working after 2 weeks . I messaged the company at the start of January... very slow response but they asked for my number and told me a technician would ring. This never happened . Then they stopped responding to my messages accordingly. So if I messaged on a weekday they would respond 4 days later on a Saturday night saying sorry we are closed at weekend we will get back to you Monday...... they never did get back to me unless it was to send the same mesaage the following weekend. I actually felt like they was enjoying sending the weekend message to me knowing fine well they wasn't answering or acknowledging anything I was asking them ! The number they provided for me was fake so could not contact that way . I eventually gave up trying to resolve the issue with them and had to pay to have the parcel returned via DPD. This was never aknowledged as recieved . And all messages still ignored . So I had no pc which was my daughter Christmas present and no money back from this company ! I hate to think how many kids have been let down this year by this awful company . When I purchased this pc of Amazon I did look at reviews but didn't seem to many bad ones . Now when I look there seems to be more and more with same issue. Have a look and see all the one star reviews saying the same thing ..... This company will.not respond to you and will drag there feet and not even aknowledge parcels have been returned. Please buy from another company NOT THIS SCAM .

I bought my son the pc for Christmas was having problems with the storage on it and Harry was amazing help today showing me the different storage places and redownloading games.

Bought a bundle for my 7year old and he's absolutely over the moon with it, well worth the money Would definitely recommend

I purchased a refurbished PC from this company, via Amazon Marketplace. It arrived quickly. I attempted to set it up. I had problems. I then contacted the supplier via their e-mail address. I got an almost immediate auto reply. This was followed up by an e-mail from a person called Aleem. Who put forward a number of suggestions, some of which I had tried before. But by the end of the process my PC was up and running. After running windows update I noticed the PC was running Windows 10. Not Windows 11. The computer was advertised as running Windows 11. I then e-mailed Aleem again requesting an upgrade. After a few more emails. Aleem sent me a USB flash drive which was able to download windows 11. I then ran windows security which indicated that I had a "Trojan:win32/AgentTeslaml virus". After a some more e-mails this was quarantined. So I would recommend Aleem and Veno Scorp as a company with employees who assist and educate their customers and provide a 1st class service.

I bought a PC Bundle last June for a Christmas present for one of my grandchildren ( I bought early as I have a big family to buy for) Unfortunately only having been used a handful of times the power button jammed. I contacted the support team and they have arranged for the PC to be collected for repair. Thank you Veno Scorp for your great support
