The website was easy to navigate for the most part, and being able to hover individual parts like the motherboard and getting a breakdown of what ports and capabilities it had saved a ton of time. I did know what chassis I wanted, but it was actually really difficult to figure out how to customize with it.

I havent yet recieved my pc but the experience of ordering g exactly what I wanted was effortless and simple.

This has been the worst experience I have encountered. Regrettably, due to a lack of communication and customer service my PC was misplaced, and I was charged for shipping TWICE. Despite all efforts, the PC has yet to be delivered to me. Save your money and look elsewhere.
