Well my son was looking for this specific pc me and my husband are not gamers and are clueless so we messaged the people that work here and they emailed us back so we was sending over the picture of the one our 10 year old son wanted asking if it was good for the games he plays and if it was ready to be sent out they got back to us was so helpful and explained that the one he wanted had to be custom built so that wouldn’t have worked cause we wanted to give him it in Christmas Day so they sent us a list of pre built ones that was ready to ship and we found one asked them questions about it compareing it to the one he wanted and it was a good match so we order it and can’t wait to receive it

Yes to build the pc you want would be nice to see insights into what cpu, gpu, motherboards pair well together perhaps. Also to see if a part you've chosen is an item the has to be ordered to start the build. Other then that great web page, tons of options to choose from.

I have alot to say. I first started by placing a large order and due to Intel chips being on backorder I have had to wait over a month and nothing was even started yet. After speaking several times with customer service I decided to go a different direction with an AMD build. Customer service was there every step of the way assisting me in cancelling previous order and transferring my funds to the new order so I did not have to be billed again. They were friendly, honest and insightful and I will update this once I have received my system which I am extremely excited for.

This is the third Laptop I have purchased for Xotic. The experience is great and always super customer service.

Laptop shopping and laptop with the specs i wanted was here. Last laptop i ordered from XOTIC was over 4 years ago... problem with overheating on the 1st day. Returning laptop during the holidays was a nightmare and having support tell me can't do anything until after the holidays very upsetting.. not because of the holidays but because it was straight out of the box and failed. Giving it another shot because of the reviews. Owned MSI's before and love them when they work.
