I had a bit of a returning issue and Casey went out of the way to explain and help me out. I reached out through text message and response time was very speedy and extremely helpful. At the very least I can say Casey deserves a raise!

My shipping address is different from my billing address and this is a very normal thing that on any other website wouldn’t be an issue. They refunded me and said i had to make the payment through paypal to “verify that i was the credit card holder”. When i contacted them they said that it was the only way that i could make the payment so i just canceled the order because I don’t use paypal and i really didn’t enjoy their outdated ways of online payments. It was overall inconvenient and a horrible experience. Would strongly advise against buying from them if your shipping and billing addresses don’t match!!!

I realized right after I placed the order that I forgot to use my new customer 15% off offer. I did not expect them to honor this since it was my mistake, but I messaged them on the chat via their website. They asked me for the coupon code & applied it to my order for $73 off! I am so shocked they did this, most companies would say sorry & you can use it next time. Agent I spoke with was super sweet and efficient. They won me over with this great customer service. My 10 items shipped within the same day of ordering as well.

United States | 19 June 2021I always try to read return policies carefully to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into and am able to keep up my end of the bargain. I *thought* I'd done that here: free returns within 10 days of delivery; $7 return fee from 11-30 days. What I missed was that the free return needed to be POSTMARKED (i.e., dropped off/in the mail) within 10 days of delivery, where I had been thinking that was the deadline to initiate the return without the fee. So, my fault for not catching that. I luckily happened to start my return on the night of day 9 and managed to get my label printed and package dropped off before end of business hours the following day. There is nothing wrong with their return policy. It is clearly stated on their website, and their emailed return instructions made the cutoff date very obvious. I do think, though, it might make things a little easier/more straightforward to just stick to either free returns or a return label fee for the entire return window. It's like, knowing you have to pay $7 for pizza from the beginning feels very different from thinking you're getting free pizza but then discovering you have to pay $7 because you showed up too late, y'know? Anyway, this is a lot of words to say to my fellow shoppers: be sure to read the return policy carefully. Also, the dresses arrived pretty quickly but I wasn't crazy about the quality or fit—which is why we're talking about returns in the first place!

United States | 18 June 2021I ordered a dress I loved in two sizes in case one didn't fit for a wedding I had coming up. Both dresses arrived defective. One of them, the strap was literally sewn on backwards so I could not tighten the strap and it was unwearable. The other, the stitching was messed up at the bottom causing the internal fabric to flip out. Both also had loose threads everywhere. Now I have to return both and have no time to order another dress for the wedding I am attending. Even if I was dumb enough to order the same dress again, and hope it wasn't defective, they are now sold out online. Extremely poor quality. Save your money. Very dissapointed.

United States | 25 May 2021I don’t order online much as I’ve had things come months late and the fit be so unflattering once received but, if you’re debating ordering from this site I’ll be the one to tell you DO IT. I can’t say enough good things about it. I just got a dress from Lulus that I’ll be wearing to my graduation and the quality is just mint. I measured myself extremely carefully thinking that it would fit me either slightly too big or small but the size of the dress is exactly as advertised. It also came unbelievably fast, I’ve never been this satisfied with an online purchase before. A++

I made an order and I wrote them an email because I wanted to cancel the order and no one has respond even after 2 days, then I sent a text on their website and they gave me the same automated message. I call and every 2 minutes they say the same automated message that was sent in the email and ask if I want to hang up and get a call back, basically trying to get me to hang up. I waited almost 30 minutes before I gave up. Now I will have the order ship and have to pay for a return when they could have easily just cancelled it if they would have got back to me in a timely manner.

United States | 18 May 2021I absolutely love Lulu's !!! It's sometimes easy to get duped into cheap online boutiques which can give a woman serious trust issues with online shopping. But you can rest assured Lulu's has high quality clothes and a great customer service program. If for any reason there are issues with your clothes they will exchange or return your item. They are always posting new items too. They specialize in dresses but have everything. I have been shopping there for about 3 years regularly and have only exchanged items for personal dissatisfaction, never quality issues. And I think that's only happend 2 or 3 times. I usually love everything.

United States | 13 May 2021This was my first time ordering from Lulus and I do recommend it. The one dress I ordered was extremely small and I would like to exchange for a larger size. The larger size is out of stock and you can only exchange for the same item. If I wait until the item is estimated to be back in stock I will be passed the 10 day exchange window. I also used a $30 off coupon so if I return I will lose that coupon. I’ve tried chatting, emailing, and calling and cannot get through to anyone. Would recommend ordering elsewhere where you can easily return/exchange and get through to customer service.

United States | 09 May 2021I actually received my order in a timely fashion however the size they put in the shipment was NOT the size I ordered. My email receipt and packing slip had the accurate size on them but what I got was not it. Ok, mistake no big deal. However, I have been trying to contact them for 3 days via email, phone calls, and live text on their website with ZERO response or follow up at all. I will be refusing payment and never ordering from them again.

United States | 01 May 2021I ordered 5 dresses in two separate orders to try for graduation. Sizing guides were not helpful, as none of the dresses fit as described. I promptly returned the dresses and received an email saying my return was received and my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. This would seem like my refund would be processed and given to me within 7-10 days, as every other site I’ve ordered from uses the same lingo for issuing the actual refund. Unfortunately, that just means they get around to processing your items in 10 days, then send you another email 10 days later telling you that you’ll eventually get your money back in ANOTHER 10 days. Yet they expect you to return the items to them within 10 days of delivery or no free refund. So you are out of hundreds of dollars for 20+ days if your clothes don’t fit or work out for you. A little on the frustrating side. I’d rather order from somewhere that issues a refund quicker and more efficiently.

It will take 20 days to get my money back It took 10 days to process the refund and then another 10 days to get my money back. This is unacceptable as my credit card will be due soon with that charge still on it. I will prob never order from here again as this left a bad taste in my mouth!

They replied very quickly, were really helpful and sent the correct dress really fast. I would highly recommend. The dresses I ordered are so lovely and look more expensive than they were. I highly recommend Lulus to UK customers!

Like I never had to do this for buying something from China or other clothing shop. They are saying that you can find this info for paying tax/duty but this is not mentioned when you buy something. Just terrible and I am so disappointed!

HOWEVER, the product looks nothing like it does in the picture. I ordered a dress for USD 70 and it was just a waste of money. Even Wish has a better quality for its products. Don't order with them. I initially added more items to my cart. Thank God I did not go through with it.
