Now that I am reading the reviews from Lulus, I see a lot of bad reviews, but I never had those issues, so I think that Lulus is not consistent with their customers. When I bought from Lulus which was a year ago approximately, I did not have any issue at all with their clothing. However, the only thing I will mention is their pricing which is a bit high. Quality is between ok and good.

Canada | 12 August 2020This rating is specific to their prices. Their clothes are RIDICULOUSLY over priced!! I ordered two dresses and my total including duty fees cost me over $440. TOTAL REGRET! Duty fees were basically over $120. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're ordering from Canada or any other country besides US, don't bother. It will be my very last time purchasing from lulus. Never again!

United States | 11 August 2020Edit: Lulus was nice enough to reach out and fix the issue. Thanks again. I got a dress for my birthday dinner and paid extra for 3 day shipping. 9 days later and the package isnt here. Costumer service basically said too bad but we cant do anything.

United States | 01 August 2020I’ve ordered a total of about 5 times with Lulus since the pandemic started. Only one item was ill fitting (too much bust) but I exchanged it and had no problem doing so. Everything else has been phenomenal quality & I really don’t understand the poor reviews. I also never had a problem with shipping, unlike with other brands (boohoo, pretty little thing, etc.) who took WEEKS, I ordered express delivery & I got it every time. Love Lulus.

Canada | 16 July 2020We shop a lot online from all different countries and I must say this is not one I’ll be returning too. First it took over a month to receive my order and then the duties on the order. I’ve never paid so much for so little and when I contacted the company they did nothing for me. Do not buy if ordering to Canada. My order cost $160 and fees cost $75 and the clothes are not worth it. Biggest disappointment ever.

My friend in the same province ordered her dress 2 days AFTER me, but I was told again and again it is due to the pandemic and canada post. It was supposed to be here July 1, it is July 14. I didnt even get a confirmation email until the 10th when I complained initially. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.

United States | 08 July 2020They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars during the COVID crisis because I could not return my items within 30 days. I returned them shortly after the cutoff and they refused to reimburse my items & refused to return them back to me saying they were "no longer available". They literally charged me for items & then re-sold them to someone else. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!

Canada | 07 July 2020I was honestly so excited to order from here. I had lots of time before my events but I purchased 3 dresses with expressing shipping to be safe. After a month there was nothing, so I contacted Lulus and they told me the package was lost and suggested I shop somewhere else because they couldn't guarantee when a replacement package would arrive. I've never been so disappointed with an online store.

United States | 28 June 2020I have been ordering from Lulu's for years and I am always satisfied. I have alot of great items from Lulu's that I love and that have great quality. I don't always love my purchases due to style or fit but shopping online is tricky and it's hard to always choose something that's right for me. Lulu's makes returns fast, easy, and refunds seem to be processed quickly. I can't wait to order again!

United States | 20 June 2020I am sooooo frustrated with Lulu’s right now!!! I purchased some items that unfortunately did not work out ( one damaged item)!! I called and was told I could replace the items or repurchase them and then mail back. So I repurchased to make things quicker! My return was accepted 8 DAYS AGO!!! Still no refund. I called and got an insincere apology and was offered a $25 credit( which now they claim never happened) . I used to love this place when they had quality products and actually cared about their loyal customers. I just called AGAIN and the gentleman told me that he will manually have to request my refund and that it will take a “few more days “ AGAIN, when I asked about the $25 credit, he said he didn’t see it!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

United States | 17 June 2020Lulus has a lot of nice clothing. But, it came to my surprise to see some of the same clothing on Lulus on Shein's site - for WAY less. For example, there's a dress called "Authentic Love Rust Brown Striped Button-Up Midi Dress" on Lulu's site for a whopping $94, and the same dress is on Shein's site (called "Vertical Striped Self Tie Shirt Dress") for only $18. There's also a striped belted dress on Lulus' site that is $54, but only $14 on Shein. I can understand if both stores get their clothing from the same supplier, but Lulus IMO is a rip off.
