I love their items. Always neatly packed, never misleading and I’ve always had items that were well made.

I have never had such excellent customer service from an online order. My original order did not fit well so I decided to send it back. Long story short UPS mixed up my return and it was a long process to get it shipped back and forth but Lulu's customer service handled everything well. Not only was I met with kind people that helped me but every time I called (a total of 4 times) they helped me within under 5 minutes. These people are great!

I've ordered multiple dresses for wedding from lulus and I'm consistently surprised at what good quality their dresses are. Fully lined, well constructed, very flattering! They have detailed descriptions and helpful for information on every item plus lots of review and customer images which is helpful for seeing the items on different bodies and selecting the right size. Also their sales are great! I once had an order lost in shipping (it was stuck in the 'wait 24 hours before you can track this item' state with ups) and their customer service team got a new one in the mail for me right away. They have SO many options and they've become my go to site when I'm looking for a dress.

They are the absolute best! Their customer service is impeccable and they're so helpful. I give them a lot of credit for how much they help their customers just to make them happy. I love this company! Plus their clothes are great quality, so it's a plus all around!! Nate helped me during the crisis currently happening and I appreciate him very much!

I have enjoyed several products from Lulus and love browsing their choices. However, living in Canada makes things really frustrating when making orders. Since you can only enter in one code per order, you are unable to receive free shipping and whatever promotion they are offering. Was really disappointed last time with my bag full but ended up removing everything because of the limitations. This company would be well to improve their international shipping offers and code entries.

I have literally never had a worse online shopping experience. If you a purchasing something for someone who doesn't live in the same location as the billing address they will cancel your payment and force you to use Paypal. IT GETS BETTER FOLKS!! After they force you to use Paypal, they pulled the same BS about the address in Paypal too so I had to send payment again...thats right they double charged me. Called customer service, and they say it might be back in a couple days. Legit this place is a scam, and if they aren't intending to come off that way that is how it feels.

Ordered something that was supposed to be shipped to Canada. I could see the tracking being sent back and forth to three distribution centers; Philadelphia, Easton, and Lehigh Valley. Then my order was sent back to Lulus and was contacted. At first I wanted it reshipped but was told that I had to pay for shipping again. Why are you making me pay for shipping when it was clearly not my fault? So I cancelled the order and lost money on shipment. I'm still waiting for confirmation of a refund! I don't think I'll order from this site again. Update: Had to go through Paypal resolution center to get my refund Update after Lulu's response: They left a long voicemail on my phone with an apology and an offer of a 20%discount which I already had with my order that I cancelled. It's nice that they do look through reviews and want to do better but kind of a little too late when it came to customer service regarding shipping. Should've offered from the beginning instead of after a complaint was made.

I’ve honestly been shopping with Lulus for 6years and I’ve fallen in love with this site. It is my go to shopping site. I love the return process my only complaint I’ve had is the sizing. My weight has gone up over the last 6 years and I see that my body needs bigger sizing. I have seen that they are introducing larger sizing. I hope they keep this up.

I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding and o my loved 2. I exchanged one and the other dress was sadly out of stock. The associate place the item on my wish list for alert when back in stock. The exchange age process wasn’t too bad as they facilitated it easily via phone. The discount I had was sadly eaten up by the shipping fees.
