Went to show room. Saw the sofa I wanted.had a little down on it loved it. Very helpful staff nice and chatty/ little bit of banter. Paid and it was delivered and set up by there team. Great experience Couldn’t ask for more

From start to finish very helpful,polite,I went and even tested out sofa before buying and they are over hour n half away from me but I had my heart set on this sofa for the past year and it certainly didn't disappoint..beautiful and big and comfy..I went for rabbit colour wich is beautiful

So so happy with my sofa! We got the tignes in rabbit and it is so beautiful and quality is top notch. We are a family of 5 and we all fit on it so nicely. Perfect for movie nights. It’s huge and goes in to a double bed, so you do need a big enough space for it. I couldn’t be happier. I ordered it and a week later it was in my lounge. Delivery was good and great communication. My mrs ordered a very expensive sofa from here without considering it was coming from England (London actually). When the sofa arrived at my flat in Glasgow there was no way it was fitting in a mansion never mind my flat so I sent it back down south. Despite this the staff at sofa and friends still sorted me out with a beautiful sofa. Thanks guys

Fantastic product and great showroom. Definitely recommend going to see if you are in the area and make sure to meet Aga, she’s knowledgable, informative and all round lovely person. Delivery was prompt and well within the timeframe they mentioned. Sayef & Robert were the delivery drivers, not only brought the furniture in and set it all up, but even took away all the rubbish. Legends! Would definitely recommend, 10/10

The entire experience was super positive from visiting the showroom, Aga was a gem, advising us in helping choose the sofa, the efficiently, speed of delivery, and communication. After deciding on the fratti sofa we had it in our lounge room five days later! The sofa and footstool with storage look smart, fabric is gorgeous and so comfortable. We love it! Highly recommend

Really impressed by the service we’ve received from Sofa and friends! Firstly, we drove 4hrs to get to their showroom a couple of months ago. The staff member was very helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much of an ask. We fell in love with Tulum! We went on to ask the owner to rearrange things and share a picture with us on WhatsApp so we can see what a different shade looked like and he did this straight away. One month later we eventually placed our order as we now had keys to our new home and we got our sofa delivered within 4 days!!!!! Fantastic service! Little to no waiting time. Couldn’t be happier really!

Aga looked after me and my children very well when we travelled from Leeds to see/try the sofas! The sofas are brill too - difficult to pick which I liked the best as they are all great! Can’t wait for them to be delivered now!
