Took my daughter and granddaughter along to the store, were we met the most delightful woman who let us wander at leisure and try out the sofas. Bought the one my daughter liked, delivered on date and time as arranged. Superb product, excellent service and the family happy with their lovely comfortable sofa.

My partner and myself visited the showroom in Croydon and was greeted with a smile, the staff inside was very happy to help and so useful for information to cater to what we wanted. We picked a sofa and designed it in our own way with beautiful bespoke fabric and also a completly different colour to the range they had on this particular sofa. I was so indecisive and I am very fussy so was hopping between all different things- but this was no trouble at all for the staff. They was never pushy, they have us time to think and said they would be there if we needed them. We went home to double check measurements and once we’d thought it over and spoke on the way home we placed an order that night! They communicated with us on whatsapp and instagram and replied instantly whenever I messaged. We then had a phone call of a hour time slot when the sofa was to be delivered and once it was delivered we sat back and the men done everything for us. They even took all of the rubbish away!! Amazing service now a days is hard to find but this company ticked every single box. Very happy customer. We would not hesitate to come back to Sofa’s and friends as they was fabulous!

The sofa is amazing honestly it’s so much better in person than on the website even on the website it’s beautiful but when I got it delivered today it was out of this world I’ve put it all over my Facebook and instagram and I w got so many messages asking where I got it from how much was it does it come in other colours all my messages are about how stunning it looks so yes 100% it’s worth it’s money I’d even say it’s to cheap for what you are getting anyone wanting a great sofa you need to go to this company

LOVE my sofa from sofas and friends, I ordered the tignes and due to living in Scotland I had never actually seen the sofa in real life so was apprehensive but so hopeful after all the reviews I had read online about it! It’s the most perfect sofa ever, so comfy and absolutely HUGE the pics don’t do it justice at all! The fabric is also so cosy and perfect. Delighted with it and with the extending function it’s truly one of a kind! Delivery was quick and communication was good! Delivery drivers were very nice and made the sofa all up on the day! 10/10 all round, 100% recommend!

Been following sofa and friends on Instagram and had my eyes on the Tignes sofa for quite a while. Live too far away from the showroom so phoned the store and spoke to Aga who was so helpful with all my questions, even sent me some pics and videos. Took a chance and ordered it in rabbit on Tuesday and it was in my living room by 9am Friday! Super fast delivery. I could not be happier with it. It’s stunning! Firm but so comfortable, quality is outstanding! Simply beautiful. No regrets and the buying process was so simple.

Incredible service, ordered on the Tuesday could have had it delivered by Friday but had to reschedule my end, customer service is top notch and let’s talk sofa….WOW tignes rabbit I saw this back in December an knew I wanted it. This sofa is the best iv ever had an iv ordered from DFS sofa club etc, this sofa is incredible so comfortable and sturdy it’s just wow I’m so so happy-I will get my next sofa from here over and over again!
