New Zealand | 24 May 2022It's always good to get as much information as possible, to gain the encouragement, drive an determination to proceed to the next level. This course gave me a place to ask the appropriate questions around management, structures an implementation of a good throughout plan. For ongoing business service, food planning daily examples in place to view any time of any day (recording of processes, labelling, dates, times, designs, checklist). Measurements, how you measure your ingredients (amounts). Ingredients, cost an menu should be understood as a 3 way system to pricing your food to sale. I enjoyed this course, it was good to see the different stages of others in the course also (another help I saw it as) Pai tenei te mihi Tautoko nga awhi E tu nga kai manaakitanga Me mara te kaha e tinana Tatou tatou ora Kindly regards Sam

New Zealand | 24 May 2022I thought there was not enough content and could have used more examples based around the questions and answers. Found it to be boring sometimes and flat and I nearly fell asleep. Might have been her tone and delivery. Please don't take this as negative! Others might see it the same. Godbless

New Zealand | 24 May 2022This course was a lot of fun and informative too. The teacher was excellent. A coffee was offered at just the right moment and we ate our bread for lunch. A hands on course where we learned by doing rather than listening. I thought I knew how to bake bread, but I learned a whole lot more.

United States | 23 May 2022This course was really informative and we had a very knowledgeable tutor but also had a lot of fun. We learnt the basics of how spirits are made, and then how cocktails are created using correct techniques and understanding how to balance drinks. Would recommend as and introduction or back to basics.

New Zealand | 23 May 2022A very good course. I think that there were too many students. This led to trouble when trying to cook the bread. Some had to be rushed to be completed within the time frame. Perhaps limiting the number of participants in relation to the available ovens would be a good idea

New Zealand | 23 May 2022I attended the Barista Part 1 Course. The highly practical course was well organised and delivered in a learner-oriented and integrative approach. The course tutor, Oliver, is a very resourceful, highly skilled and easygoing educator who priotises student learning by giving constructive individual feedback. My learning journey with Oliver shaped my understanding of the coffee making and provided me with an insight into details of real life. Overall, I'm very happy with the course and I recommend everyone who wants to learn basic skills of coffee making. Thanks.

New Zealand | 23 May 2022Would recommend this to anyone that's dabbled with bread baking but feels a bit underbaked! I knew the basics but my technique was rubbish. This course helped me iron out those wrinkles and showed how to knead and shape the bread so that it actually looked (and tasted) like bread. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

New Zealand | 23 May 2022Excellent course, relaxed instructor, Good overall coverage of equipment techniques and common drinks. I enjoyed the experience. It was a bit difficult getting into town in time for the 5.30 start after work. My only suggestion would be to have a brief discussion of nonalcoholic cocktail options

New Zealand | 23 May 2022Oliver was a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and made the learning fun. I felt like I learned a lot about coffee and got lots of hands on experience. It may have been better in a smaller group with 2 people per machine, however the experience was still good. Looking forward to part 2
