I really enjoyed Day 1 with Tony Forsyth. He did a great job and was able to enhance it all with some personal experience which made it all very enjoyable. The second day (exam) not so much fun but very necessary all the same. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Firstly, A massive Thank You to Celia & Oliver Hay for their exceptional dedication to their craft, you are both awesome. Me, I was really nervous to do this certificate, especially Online. I had never studied this way before, but with my homelife, work and being the overall Slave. I had to make it work. Well anyways, 24hrs later, my determination and drive and lack of sleep gained me my LCQ, it was the best thing I did, was to do it online. They never leave your side, explaining every part of the course, the examples and the experiences the stories. I studied that day, went to work that night, applied certain parts of my studies during my shift, it was like a light bulb going off, Oh that's why; Finished my shift, hurried home to the thought of studying the assessment. 24hrs Later I gained myself an LCQ certificate..
