I found Tony to be an excellent trainer very concise and patient with those fellow participants who needed guidance! Lots of references to his vineyard to which I will visit!

It had all I needed and presented well. The time wasn’t to long and exam covered what was taught in the presentation

It was an amazing course, very enjoyable and informative. The teacher was knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions and the Kai we ate at the end was superb.

Overall great course and fabolous food. Rikki's knowlegde of all round traditional practices (and musical talent) was amazing. I would have welcomed a bit more structured information for beginner foragers ie. what never to eat or some easy rules, printed information of identification, etc. Also although we are omnivores, we felt for the vegan participants being singled out. Their food choices could have been just catered for more naturally.

Absolutely loved the foraging course! Riki was so knowledgeable; he gave us an amazing taste of what’s out there and an eagerness to learn more. The lunch that concluded the course was above and beyond what I expected, would recommend for that experience alone!

NSFW Had to be the best experience of my life so far. I've never had such fun cooking and this course brings people together. I made some new friends and is super grateful I chose this course over another one. One thing that could be improved on is starting 1 hour earlier so there is a bit more wiggle room for 1. Late people 2. Getting Ready

A well executed webinar course that the tutor Celia herself presented, providing us all the detail we were needing to hear. Another presentative ran a quiz at the end which reinstated what we had learnt and allowed us to get a feel of what is expected from this course. This was followed by our online paper to complete which enhanced our learnings. Overall it was quite a satisfactory study process for me.

Great course with great tutor. Timeslot is slightly awkward (3pm-6:30pm) but not a big issue.

I had a great time with my barista course everyone was nice and welcoming. The lessons were short and concise, the booklet they handed out was quite useful for us to learn the different things associated with being a barista. If there was one area for improvement it would be more time to practice, I understand I have only done a 2 day course. But I really believe more time to practice would be beneficial.
