The instructor is great, really interactive course, I was not good with coffee however the instructors were patient.

I enjoyed that it was a more hands on experience rather than prioritising writing moreover throughout the whole 3 hours 30min given as it gave people an opportunity to see first hand what they would be working with (and how to work particular parts of it e.g frothing milk, time required to extract coffee, cleaning the coffee machine and so on) if they were to ever choose the job of a barista or use a coffee machine for personal use

This is the best thing that happened to me in my 1.5 years of stay in New Zealand, doing LCQ with NZSFW. Very effective communication and utmost helpful individuals in office. Tony was very interactive and did great with his teaching methodologies. Big salute Tony. Keep doing great. I am also doing my WSET here so will be posting more reviews in coming days. Overall, it was absolutely an amazing experience. If anyone is looking forward to LCQ or any courses NZSFW offers, there’s no other better option.
