Our instructor was amazing! Tony was so informative and made the two day long experience worth while. Due to the course teachings i felt like i learnt alot and was able to enjoy myself whilst doing so!

I didn't expect that I would learn so much from this course while also enjoying every moment of it. It was very interactive, so I had plenty of time to learn and improve my abilities as much as possible with the time given. The instructor we had (Oliver) was very helpful and great at explaining. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone given the opportunity to take it.

The thing that made my experience great was that, I learned how to make different types of coffee. And something else that was great during the course I got to meet new people and make new friends. Doing this course was an amazing experience as i get to make my own coffees now and this course has opened up some job opportunities for me.

The instructor was very patient and gave us helpful tips on how to better serve customers at a cafe/restaurant. I enjoyed the social aspect worked into every lesson; it was an awesome experience!

The presentation was good, I just think that there are certain ambiguities that should be known by the presenters and fleshed out in the presentation to cement the correct answers in the mind of the students
