The L2 Food Safety online course was great! Well thought out and put together nicely. The content was interesting and presented well. It was succinct and made it easy to learn. I also very much enjoyed the assessment platform of google docs.

You can have a big part of training time standing behind the barista bar and have you hands busy to make your first cup of coffee and then the next cup and more. Trainer has a lot of experience and introduce the way of make good coffee and different type of coffee vey well. 2-days barista (part I) training is for the beginner and it is fun!

I took barista part one short course. It was fun. In two day learning we were thought from cleaning the machines to making different coffees. The building was cozy and neat. Our presenter is awesome and kind. I enjoy my time studying there. All in all Nz school of food and wine is amazing! Most recommended to those who like to upgrade their skills. They are offering not just one course but a lot more just visit their website. Thanks😊

Real life examples are used during the course which gives better understanding and easy to remember actions to be taken when put in similar situations while on duty.

I haven't studied in along time and didn't know what to expect with an online course. I wish I had the time to print the guide 'before' the course started. The hard copy would have helped my learning style better. But unfortunate circumstances made that impossible. I'm not as computer savvy as I would like so I found somethings challenging. The course itself was fine.
