The experience I gained from the NZ School of Food and Wine was amazing. Initially, I had no idea about making coffee beverages professionally. However, with clear and expert guidance from Jinnie, I learned a great deal about the various types of coffee beverages, operating a Coffee Machine professionally, and all the steps involved in the process. I am deeply grateful to Jinnie for this invaluable education.

The teachers taught at the level of each student. And I was able to practice a lot. Honestly, I would have liked to practice more one hour. Until I could do latte art.

I liked the simple recipes and easy to follow guides, our instructor was very helpful and the quiz taught a lot about food safety.

It is really interesting and fruitful learning experience, special thanks to Mr. Oliver, very professional and knowledgeable teaching. I am looking forward to enrol for next level if barista course.
