We had old spanish oak put down in our entire bottom floor, about 1100 square feet. Since day one I have dealt with what looks like grease/water marks everywhere. When you mop they appear and never go away. Scratches and scuff mark are everywhere. Yes we have a dog, but we were told this is the best flooring for animals. I have used the care kit and have stayed awake until 2 in the morning doing the floors to make sure they were protected. We had this put down 3 months ago to make life easier and to be more gentle on the joints. I regret spending the money, should have left the laminate and ceramic flooring down. This floor looks horrible and I am exhausted trying to keep it clean looking. Not to mention trying to find throw rugs that won't harm the flooring. We even called the kardean company for help on that, which was no help as they couldn't give us any recommendations. Save your money, time and sanity and find another product.

We fitted KarnDean 13 years ago in our new home. After some months gapping occurred between strips and tiles. Same story, had an expert along who blamed the underfloor heating. (Underfloor heating had been on for 6 months prior to laying floor). Fitter was blamed and so it went on. Nobody would take responsibility and we could not afford at the time to do anything about it having just had the cost of building the house!! Thirteen years on we are looking into different types of flooring to cover up or remove the offending flooring. It has been a long wait!! I would also recommend that if the floor you are thinking of doing is going to have heavy use do not buy a light coloured textured tile.

Beautiful floor very well laid

Best selection of high quality LVT and it was easy to get samples so I could look at them in my own home. The tool enabling me to try out different tiles on a photo of my room was a big help in making a decision.

Fast delivery

I was not informed this flooring was liable to bleach with sunlight. I am west facing, getting very little sun, with blinds. Six years later, I have distinct and obvious fading. A waste of over £1000.

Having placed a review on here, very disappointed that I have, as per Karndean's reply, supplied them with my contact details. Safe to say, they haven't bothered to contact me. To be honest, I don't have any faith in Karndean at all and would advise anyone looking for flooring to steer well clear and look for an alternative due to the appalling quality we have and are experiencing.
