The flooring we chose in the end we love, the customer service was great and the samples came so quickly so we can do what we needed to in our time frame. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was the original tile we were going with was discontinued, even though we still got sent a sample. So I got my hopes up and it really sucked, especially in the middle of a reno. Can’t fault anything else.

When we visited karndean the sales lady spent ages with us and was very patient and we left with samples to try at home. The experience was very pleasant.

Many functions on the website not working. Hard route to order samples from the floor visualiser. Quite a random set up. Photos not shown in natural light so product looks different from in store. Not enough photos of products used in homes. So much potential to make the website user friendly. Gave up in the end as could not order samples of products seen in the catalogue. Where are the walnut samples ?

UPDATE - Ripping up the Karndean glue down flooring after 11 months. It is scratched and badly installed. My issue is probably more with the fitters - North Berwick Flooring Company, however they continue to let this company represent them in selling their product! We have to remove the kitchen to get the 9mm ply up as well. Total disaster. Would never look at this product or the flooring company again! Wish I could put pictures up! 8 months of hassle! Flooring has shrunk leaving gaps, lifted as not installed properly dents, scrapes from light chairs! Karndean sent expert out to assess and his report states ‘irregular glue’ but the retailer/installer will not fix. Karndean still let this company represent them which says it all. Now in hands of citizens advice and consumer protection. I would not purchase this product again . Save yourself the bother and buy a good quality click flooring.

Very quick and efficient service

Really impressed as samples were delivered very quickly and samples were much larger than I expected providing a great visual of colour and variations you would not get in a usual small sample. I was also notified of a colour sample not available at this time and when it would be available. Great service, well done!
