EXECLLENT SERVICE

We bought 2 different designs of Karndean in 2019 when we renovated our house. The honey oak flooring that is in the hall way has lasted very well and still looks great. However the polished cement that we had in the kitchen dining area is not good. This is in a bright room and the flooring has faded badly where the sunlight comes in through the bifold doors. Had we been told this was likely to happen we would not have purchased this for this area. The lifetime guarantee would appear not to cover this. Disappointed.

We went to choose flooring here, it was our first visit and what a fantastic experience. Going anywhere now in this country, regardless of high end prices or otherwise is disappointing, lack of staff, customer service, knowledge of what they’re selling or serving is dire. Karndean is exceptional! The building is beautiful, immaculate, modern and the staff are ready and waiting to help you. They are all very knowledgable about styles, trims, laying the flooring etc. I am so impressed with Karndean, I can’t recommend it enough. Other businesses should send their staff here to see how it’s done. 5 star!

Too expensive

Samples requested were dispatched quickly and arrived within three days of request at no cost. Product looks good and intend to use in a living area.

Samples were promptly sent and were received in a timely manner. So much easier to make a decision after being able to see a large portion. We will definitely be using Karndean for our flooring.

Great good product trying to work out vynal or timber

We had the Karndean knight tile installed less than a year ago and it’s scratched so much it looks terrible. I feel sad every time I see it (and given it’s in most of the downstairs of our house, that’s quite often) and I’m embarrassed to have people over. I can’t see a time where the warranty would actually be of any help having spoken to the customer service team on the phone. We’ve used the Karndean repair kit which restored it for a week or two and now it’s back to looking terrible again. So disappointed after spending extra on a supposedly trusted brand name. For context - we don’t wear shoes indoors, we use pads on the bottom of our furniture. We do have a dog but given that the logo is a dog you'd think it would stand up against that. Very disappointing and now we’re left with having to fork out thousands more for another floor or looking at a scratched mess every day.
