We have had our Karndean flooring since 2016 and I can not fault it at all. From the ordering to the everyday living. Absolutely love the design and the strength of the product. I won't use any other flooring now. We have the peppercorn and it's as good as the day it was laid. Pets, shoes, kids sports stuff and general household items are on our flooring daily and there is not a scratch or mark at all. Visitors often ask if we have just had new floors put down. Hands down well worth the investment.

I have had my karndean floor for less then 5 months and have so many marks and scratches in different places when I asked why! they said well it will mark over time this has happened 5 months after.they did not want to no service was well below standard

We had Kardene fitted in our kitchen 4 years ago it has east facing doors fitted with blinds, but has faded and turned green in areas, it was a pale oak effect when laid. The company that fitted it came and took photos and put in a complaint to Kardene. Kardene have quoted paragraph 10 of their guarantee. It seems if the sunshine’s too much expect fading and colour change. No use in conservatories then. Terrible customer service they wouldn’t even send someone from their department to look at it.
