At this stage l have only got samples

I ordered 5 or 6 free samples in January, about a month ago. Never got an order confirmation or the samples. The order must have gone through since I got 2 separate emails asking for a review.

This has to be the worst flooring material you'll ever find. We went for Knight Tile Gluedown in small planks. This is because we wanted to have the herringbone effect and the colour and texture we liked was only available in this tile type. After roughly one year, the flooring looks like it has been down for at least 5 years if not more. It scratches unbelievably easy. We got to the point where we cannot drag the vacuum cleaner over it. Whatever you'll drop on it, it will most likely make a dent. But even if you keep anything away and walk on it in your socks, you will still find scratches and scuffs. But this is not all. In some places, we've noticed that some planks have started shrinking. Also, I'm suspecting some discoloration is already present in some areas. This was one big expensive mistake for us because we laid down this rubbish product all over the ground floor. We plan to keep it for 1-2 years more and replace it with proper wood flooring. Karndean and LVT in general, never again. Stick to a natural product not plastics.

Great Flooring The flooring sample is very similar to the natural timber and the texture and quality is remarkable. Absolutely recommend Karndean flooring for the quality, you won't be disappointed!

I needed to obtain some spare filler strips for a 13 year-old Karndean floor to repair some minor damage so put an enquiry on their website. Within 24 hours I got a phone call from a real live person who went out of their way to help - managed to find our orginal order info then used that to look up the nearest equivalent they now manufacture and arranged to send samples. Compared to most companies these days who are very efficient at taking your money but don't want to know after that, this is outstanding service. Also the floor itself in a kitchen has survived a lot of abuse over the years including pets, dirty boots etc and still shows no sign of wear. I recommend Karndean without hesitation, worth paying a bit extra for.

The ability to see the flooring in your house by loading a photo is really helpful. In addition the sample the is sent efficiently to see it in place at no cost is a bonus

The Karndean flooring is very expensive and not a good option when you have a busy household. Our flooring was put in during June 2023 and already has scratch marks everywhere and the floor tiles are raised in several places rather than being flat. The flooring also attracts dirt and is difficult to clean. On their advertising it states that the floor has a lifetime guarantee, but the customer service did not offer any support, just suggesting that we use their cleaning products on the floor (n.b. They advise to not hoover and use a mop!). I would strongly advise NOT to buy this product as we are left with a sub standard floor and out of pocket with a battle to have it replaced or a refund.

Had Karndean fitted in our downstairs we paid extra for the supposed ‘lifetime guarantee’. It’s been fitted for just over 3 marks and has lots of scratches in. We never wear shoes indoors, have no pets, and put pads under all our furniture and the middle range laminate held up in our old house far better than the Karndean. We’ve taken great care of our flooring and it’s totally let us down especially after spending more money. Would absolutely not recommend.

New korlok stone look floor laid expertly and looks great. Completely changes the character of the room (for the better).Hopefully it will be durable and retain its appearance in the years ahead

I ordered some samples for a new build that we will be undertaking shortly. The entire process was simple and the products were high quality.

Flooring is ok but trying to order cleaner from the website is an ordeal,no option but to register which took multiple attempts following all the password rules,then log in,then at payment page log in again,tried to pay by card but still have to go through the PayPal registration not happening,gave up,I'll be ordering different cleaner from elsewhere.
