The initial booking was made online, but then found out that they couldn't install the boiler for a further 5 days, and without hot water/heating was slightly inconvenient. However on the day, Dan the engineer was absolutely fantastic...polite, explained exactly what he was doing, was very quick. Install was absolutely fantastic, thank you!

Viessmann was an excellent choice and the installation was first class by Ben From iheat. The only negative was being able to get install date via iheat.
