Installation was relatively quick and the price of the boiler was great, thought they were not very explicit on how to make the boiler heat domestic hot water only.

Iheat were able to install the boiler within 2 days of order, boiler was fitted quickly and everything left clean and tidy after.

Good job in terms of the installation of the boiler and removal of the old one. But the main issue I had was the technicians coming around an hour later than the time that was committed. However, since there were 2 technicians that came, the job was completed within 4 hours.

Booked a boiler replacement online which was a very smooth process. Great communication from the staff confirming date/time of the installation and the name of installer. Both via /email and phone, and again after completion great follow up. The installer Suly turned up on time, he carried out a very professional job, was respectful to the property and ensured that home was kept free from dust as much as possible. Work was done in good time and Suly cleaned up after himself, great person and a really good company to deal with

The booking process was really easy and I was kept informed throughout. It was installed 2 days after booking and cost less than half the price I’d been quoted by British Gas. The engineer was really friendly, clean and tidy. He left no mess behind and was as quick as he could be. When he went to pick up the supplies the boiler I had ordered wasn’t in stock so iHeat even arranged for a free upgrade which I was really pleased with. The whole process from ordering to installing was so smooth I didn’t have to stress at all.
