United Kingdom | 17 October 2024Ordered a replacement boiler. Process for buying and initial installation was great. Then, two weeks after installation the boiler stopped working and displayed an error code. Phoned iheat who said reset the boiler, problem solved or so we thought. Same error code appeared sporadically over the next couple of days, we kept resetting the boiler to "fix" it. Phoned iheat explained the issue kept re-occuring. They told us they would raise it with the manufacturer. Had an appointment confirmed for 5 days later. The boiler then completely broke on the same night and wouldn't reset and displayed a different error code. Phoned iheat the following morning, first thing to say we have no hot water or heating and could they send an engineer to look at the problem straight away, they said no and we have to wait for the manufacturer 5 days later! We have four young children and have been without heating and hot water for almost 5 days now. Their response has been less than helpful and they refuse to take any responsibility for the issue. I find it incredible that iheat are willing to leave us without a working boiler that they installed just over 2 weeks ago. I can't believe they think this is acceptable customer service. We have spent over £2500 on a new boiler and are still without heating and hot water. It seems that if everything is going smoothly then iheat are great. As soon as there is a problem they don't want to know. This is a disgrace, the customer service is non-existent as soon as there's a problem. When you phone them it's like talking to robots with no understanding or empathy, and the way things have been dealt with thus far, I couldn't possibly recommend this company. Update 6th Nov 2024: The Veissmann engineer fixed the boiler and confirmed it was an installation error, not a manufacturer fault. Once the Veissman engineer sent his report to iheat they sent an engineer quickly to correct the installation problem. The aftercare we have received since the Veissmann engineers visit has been very good. It is a shame iheat left us without a working boiler for 5 days but they have apologised for this and the communication and aftercare service has been very good.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2024I was looking for a new boiler and after talking to my neighbour who had used iHeat to obtain a new boiler I decided to go online and look at what options were available.Filling in the forms was very simple and was a very easy process to follow. After completing the forms on the Sunday I was told I could have my new boiler fitted on the Tuesday. The engineer turned up at 07-30 as he said he would and did a fantastic in fitting my new boiler and taking all the rubbish away.Would definitely recommend using this company.

Then I received messages at every stage leading to the fitting of it on the following Saturday. It could have been earlier if I’d wanted!! The engineers were professional , knowledgeable and carried out the work with minimal mess and time. 10/10 for IHeat all round. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Ordering process was simple and straightforward, the engineer turned up bang on time and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Was originally going for a boiler move which couldn't be done due to placement reasons, engineer was straight on the phone to the office and the fee for the move was refunded straight away. Work was done quickly and efficiently, even brought his own dust sheets and the area was left cleaner than when he started. Highly recommended

But I didn't expect to have pipes under the boiler visible, so I had to cover them. the picture in the catalogue doesn't show that the pipes are visible. If you consider such boiler, bear in mind that it's small in size, but works well.
