A really unique but effective way to change our boiler. We were offered quote to installation in less than 48hrs and a price that was half what we were quoted anywhere else! Engineer was friendly curious and professional. Absolutely no complaints here!

The quote was by far the most competitive, I was able to pay with 0% interest free installments which noone local could offer. I was worried that they dont come to the property you just send pictures but I was told that this would be fine for the engineer, and they will be able to know what needs done by pictures alone. The guy came, he was nice and professional and did it all in a day with no issues, I was just really happy with everything. The boiler is working great, he was able to fit it in my kitchen unit as I'd just had my kitchen done when my old boiler packed in! He took cupboard apart and put back together good as new! I'd recommend them to anyone!

So far the experience has been terrible. Had a Worcester 2000 installed on 11/10/2024, installation finished around 4pm. On the same night the boiler started leaking quite badly, luckily I spotted the leak at around 11pm. The engineer who installed the boiler came back out on 12/10/2024 around 10.30am and he advised the boiler was faulty and he also made iheat aware of this. Following the engineers call with iheat, Iheat called me back. I told iheat as the product is less than 24 hours old and has a fault I do not want it repaired I want a refund or I want the boiler replaced with a new one that has no pre existing faults. I made them aware of my Consumer rights which state I can get a refund or replacement within 14 days if a product is faulty, I also advised them their terms state if a product is faulty I can get a replacement. The person I was speaking to advised me that's not true all they can do is ask Bosh Worcester to call me back and a Bosch engineer will come out and repair the issue. I'm now without hot water or heat. Iheat have violated my Consumer rights by not allowing me a replacement or refund. They have forced me to make this a warranty issue. This is not a warranty issue as the boiler developed a few hours after installation. They also violated their own terms and conditions (term/clause 14) by refusing to deal with the issue and referring me to Bosch. Terrible after sales.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The customer service staff kept me informed throughout the process very informative and friendly. Gas engineer great did everything from gas, electric, brick work and removed old tank and boiler and cleaned up every step of the way. I would highly recommend iHeat to anyone wanting a new or replacement boiler. Very compact price as well compared to rest of the market.

My very old back boiler was due its annual service and I thought it was time to bite the bullet and replace it with a new combi boiler. I looked online and checked out 3 companies , Heatable, Boxt and iHeat. I decided on iHeat as the quote was very competitive and the customer assistant I spoke to was very pleasant and reassuring. I now wish I had gone with either of the other companies or , preferably, a local firm. After my original preferred install date was rejected, I was given a new date. I was a bit surprised to hear the engineer was coming from a place a good hour and a half away. On the Friday before the install date I was told the engineer couldn’t make it but they had someone else, who would arrive a week later, so much for buy today, install tomorrow. Obviously doesn’t count if you live in the Highlands like me! I was even more surprised/shocked to find out that the new engineer was coming from Glasgow, hours away from me! When he turned up he informed me that iHeat do not remove the back boiler, just decommission it. I was not happy to hear this as I had ordered a new electric fire to fit in front of the, hopefully removed, boiler firefront. The next thing was that the engineer wasn’t happy where I wanted the boiler to go and instead got me to clear an upstairs cupboard so he could fit it there. Once it was installed he asked if he could use a spare plug so I could get heat for the night. I thought he meant a socket so said any one will do. It turned out he removed the plug from my back garden security light and this was not a temporary measure. He actually left the boiler plugged in to a 4 way adapter. He told me I would need to call a sparky myself to fit the fused spur! He also disconnected my mixer shower from the pump, which was redundant of course, but I thought he would at least connect the shower to the new boiler, but no, so I have no washing facility as I only have the shower. He did not bring a hoover and I had to use my Dyson to hoover up debris, which it didn’t like. I am in email conversation with a representative from iHeat, to at least get someone to remove the back boiler, as this should have been done as I paid nearly £4000. I seriously can’t recommend this company as it has been a very unpleasant experience all round. The boiler, a Worcester Bosch 4000, is very good but that’s the only thing that deserves a star. ***Update***. Alex from iHeat has been very helpful since my original review and has organised the removal of the back boiler. Fair play to Alex. I can add a couple of stars for her efforts. I still think that the service iHeat provide just does not cut the mustard if you live north of the border, unfortunately.

iHeat was easy to use and fully transparent, booked it all online including the date of installation, the prices all included VAT and i was able to add extras including a power flush and the price was the cheapest i found including local installers. The Installer Martin turned up on the day, was very polite and got the job done that day, he also hung around to make sure everything worked

Engineer arrived on time and the work was carried out efficiently. All boiler operations were fully explained and relevant documentation reviewed and left as part of the service. After boiler installation and commissioning engineer removed all rubbish and advised who to contact should this be required. The new Boiler works brilliantly and is notably very quiet.

We’ve just had our new boiler installed. The whole process was seamless. I found their website easy to use with options such as tailoring your deposit/ monthly payments to exactly what you can afford. They had several good boilers on offer. I phoned up a couple of times for advice and got through easily as well. They are very much on the ball. I was amazed at how quickly the whole deal went through and boiler was installed. I placed the order on a Wednesday and by Friday same week it was installed and working. I had several plumbers look at the deals affirming these were good prices and included flushing the system as well as new filter installation. I am very much enjoying a warm home again!
